Got charged $8.12 for something the sign says was $4.50. When I asked, the girl just shrugged and said "taxes. It's weird, right?" Feels a bit sketchy. I would avoid it.

We have gone here lots and lots of times and service has always been great. However, we went on school fundraiser night, ordered online, then waited for an hour for 3 small snow cones. There was one girl taking an order every 30 seconds or so, then only one girl making the snow cones, which take a few minutes each. You do the math. May I suggest to the owners of this location: if you agree to host a school fundraiser, plan to have a full staff there to work. An hour for a snow cone is not worth the wait, even to support the school. I would have left had I not already paid for my snow cones.

Update July 2022- all prices have raised rather significantly since last summer and some items are not even offered anymore, but the signs are all outdated so you don’t know until you are rung up for way more than you planned. I went yesterday for a month card and the employees sat and bickered for about a minute regarding who ā€˜had’ to get up and help me. One finally just walked away to the back room so the other huffed over and took my order, although very unapologetic when they didn’t even offer what I pointed to on the menu. Left...

Love me some Hawaiian shaved ice during summers! This location is a pretty perfect location right in front of a splash pad and at the park!

We got the short board with vanilla ice cream add on. Pretty huge serving for a kid! So I had to share with my little one. The flavors of pina colada, blue raspberry, and fruit punch was a hit with the little one!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. They have TONS of flavors to choose from! I mean, your creative mind will be in paradise with this place.

They also offer smoothies and ice cream besides the traditional shaved ice. Also, they have gift cards available...

Hokulia is our favorite shaved ice place. Their ice is fine and fluffy, and the flavors are the same as those you get in Hawaii. Their add-ons are the best. My favorite is the snow cap and my son's is the ice cream inside.

This Cedar Hills location is in what looks like a "snack shack" near the park and splash pad. The employees were friendly and quick. I'd go back for sure.

My only beef is with the general website. I think it's run by corporate and not the individual franchises. I wish there was an easy place to see all the hours for each location. Especially when the hours change along with...
