Stein Brothers Pizza — Restaurant in Cedar Springs

First off- service is fabulous. Very kind staff!! We got bbq chicken and a regular pizza with select toppings. Personally I didn't like the sauce and neither did my sister, but my boyfriend did. The sauce thing is only personal preference though, not something to ding Stein Brother's for. It is a savory herby sauce and we are use to a more sweet sicilian sauce. The chicken on the bbq chicken pizza was dry/rubbery and we ended up picking it off. BUT the dough and crust and the rest of the pizza toppings/items were fabulous! The prices are high compared to other local pizza joints and food wasn't as good.. but, if in a pinch, I might try other food from here. I'd definitely say give them a shot if you're into their type of sauce! Like I said, my boyfriend loved it! Another thing I would like to add is the pizzas themselves were well topped and NOT in any way skimped. We also did get breadsticks which actually were, sadly, burned on quite a few (which does happen at other places so in no way is this negative!) BE WARNED** Read the reviews but when you do be certain to filter to the lowest rated reviews and read the owners responses before you feel the need to support a place like this! Disgusting attitude! How about taking a bad review and trying to make it into a positive to help your business because wow that EGO needs to take a back seat so your business can thrive. I can not even believe my eyes, to talk to people like that is so terrible. If I would have seen that before spending that kind of money I definitely would not have supported someone as nasty as that!!!!!

Not impressed for the price! Wayyyyyyy to expensive for what it was. We ordered a small breadstick, a large everything pizza without black olives and a small pepperoni pizza and it cost us over $52 😮 The breadsticks where good and I loved the dill sauce but the pizza was nothing special and definitely wasn’t...

The pizza is really good. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 7.8 Which is just shy of driving an hour+ for, and a very good score (according to Dave Portnoy). This style of pizza is not my all time fave, but this might be my top score in this style that I’ve ever given out. The Dill Dip is phenomenal and I would be doing a disservice to the Dill Dip if I didn’t mention it in this review. Service was amazing. Dude that cashed me out was very personable and funny.
