Big Red BBQ — Restaurant in Centennial

This is the second week on a Thursday that we have stopped and got this awesome bbq. Last time we got the 3 meat and the meat was falling off the bone on the ribs, the pork belly was delicious and the chicken was so good and juicy (I'm not a big fan of chicken). This week (yes on a Thursday) we had to try their grilled cheese. We got the pesto grilled cheese, the spicy sausage grilled cheese and the 2 meat combo with the chicken (I requested this specifically) and the pork belly. When I say it's the best grilled cheese I'm not joking! The pesto grilled cheese was delicious with the tomato and not over powered with pesto. The spicy sausage has a kick but was so goood we couldn't stop chowing down! If you're around and need some good bbq (hard to find in Denver) check out this place. Saw this new spot pop when I was at Auto wash (you get a 10% discount if you have the Auto wash app BGW) up and had to check it out—always down to support local BBQ. I grabbed the ribs since they were hot and ready, and they came through. Tender, juicy, legit flavor. Could’ve used a little more salt for my taste, but nothing major. The pull was perfect—meaty without falling apart in your hands.

It’s got that backyard smokehouse vibe, and you can tell they know what they’re doing. I’ll be back to run through more of the menu.

The meats are really good!! 4+ star for sure. My concern though and the reason for the three-star rating is the fact that, if you want any barbecue meat, your only option is to get a combo. I really don't want to be forced to have to have rice (boring) that comes with a combo, or be forced to have coleslaw which is a 3 star, and be forced to have a soda every time you're in the mood for just a few ribs.
