Bully's North — Restaurant in Center Point

Our order has never been right, ever. Just ordered tonight to "try again". I cringe any time the family wants to order from there. I got the bully bacon burger just to try a burger. Ordered with everything and mushrooms to go with it. The mushrooms were with another person's order and nothing but onions on the burger. No bacon even. No sauce for the mozz sticks, which we even asked for....nothing was right. When we ordered, they even said we are not busy so like 20 min. So.... that's not the reason. Not the worse bar & grill I've been too, but not the best either. The food is a highlight to this place, but not everything on the menu is a high rating. I've been here only two times, and the worse food items they have are the pizzas, and fries. Wasn't too pleased about the jukebox not being loud enough for me to hear my tunes that I played. They definitely need to focus more on the atmosphere, and make sure their customers are pleased to be there. It's a place I'll try again, but not...

There were 4 of us I ordered the Racheal, not impressed. It was delivered with cold fries and the sandwich was very bland. Our server was new and didn’t place an order so 3 of us ate while she waited. The server apologized and stated it would be discounted on the bill but, when we received the check it wasn’t so we had to remind her to fix the bill.
