Just called at 9:10 for a pick up pizza. The answer with attitude and say you know we're closing soon right? Great customer service NOT. Definitely not going to inconvenience you by asking you to do your job. I'm a business owner and with employees like that your won't be around long.

Reply:Not to beat a dead horse at this point but I'm told this isn't an isolated incident. I didn't want something tossed together real quick when ordering $50 in specialty pizzas. Every store I have ever worked for, managed or opened takes the last customer at the closing time I felt two pizzas for pick up at 9:05 was reasonable. I know what time close was and being told so was a relatively clear indication of we don't really want your order. My 70 year old parents heard the conversation and tone as well. They were of the same assumption as I. We enjoyed the Yolanda's pizza that I drove further to get. They didn't remind me that they closed in 30 min when I ordered and I was there and gone before they closed their doors. Im an extremely reasonable person but I'm not going to be made to feel like I'm inconveniencing someone as I attempt to patronize...

Ordered delivery from Gianni's Pizza to be delivered to our hotel in the area. Ordered a SMALL pizza and a chef salad. When we got our order, they left out two very important things when it came to the salad. No salad dressing amd no plastic fork. Both things are kind of REQUIRED to eat a salad. Had to walk over to Rainaldi's and ask them for some salad dressing, which they happily gave me. And the SMALL pizza i got was huge. Way more than the 10" we asked for. Pretty sure i got over-charged since I'd never pay $32 for a small salad and a small pizza. If you want to order pizza in this area, try Pizza Hut. Their delivery drivers give you plates, napkins, forks, and anything else you would need for pizza delivered to a hotel. I will never order from...

Absolutely love their pizza! They load their pizza with ingredients. We are renovating a house in the area, and wanted to try something new. Based on the reviews, I ordered pizza for all of us. It was delivered quickly and we all LOVED their deluxe pizza. Unbenounsced to me, they had made a pizza a smaller size than what I ordered, so they made a small pizza and gave that to us along with the other pizza. They simply took it upon themselves to fix their mistake and in the process, made me a very happy customer. I just went back a second time and ordered the meatzza (meat lover).
