McDonald's — Restaurant in Center Township

By far the worst McDonald’s in the area. Save your time and go to the one down by Monaca Walmart. I work in the same plaza as this McDonald’s and frequent it often for coffee and such. I’ve worked near it for almost 2 years now and I can assure you it’s on a steady downward spiral. First off they apparent fired the super nice and speedy guy who always worked the drive through and took orders on daylight shift. It’s been a month and there’s still only ever 1 person working the drive through. The dining room is always closed. Ordering online is pointless because the drive through line is usually 10 -15 cars deep at all times. Service is slow as molasses on a cold January morning. Also they don’t have anyone to bring meals out to the reserved spots. At least not any faster than waiting in the line. The last time I went to this location I waited in line for 10 minutes before reaching the order station, once I pulled up I proceeded to wait another 8 full minutes at the speaker waiting for someone to come on. I said “hello” many times to make sure it was working with no reply. Eventually the girl came on the speaker and of course the coffee machine was down! Of course!! They need a big sign out front saying what they are out of before you sit in line for your full lunch break to end up with no coffee. I hate this place. It would be a better use of space as a parking lot at this point. Now I just drive down to the Monaca McDonald’s and always get my coffee...

Update: I gave this mcdonalds a few more tried recently. Not any better. Today we got a family meal. The chicken nuggets Tasted horrible. Not sure why the unusual horrible taste but I still wouldn't recommend this place . Drive a few more miles and find another one. Not sure what happened this place use to be good

I was at the center McDonald's today. There was a manager there , she had real long nails an was doing garbage behind the counter. The boy that rung The man up before me stepped away from the counter . The manager screamed from the front to the boy that was the whole way in the back. She screamed his name. Then when the boy got to the front she yelled at the boy in a very loud and unpleasant tone...RIGHT INFRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS that was standing there. 3 of us including me made mention of it . we were shocked how the manager treated the boy loudly twice when we were all standing there . the boy looked upset and embarrassed. We let the boy know how it was NOT ok for the manager to treat him that way.this should be looked into. No-one has the right to treat another individual like she treated him. He was afraid to even talk to is when...

The McDonald's in Walmart in Robinson Town Center is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to the one in Imperial is very bad as well the McDonald's in Robinson Walmart I was there today I got a Happy Meal new girl was so rude the french fries were weren't even done it was horrible there was no sweet tea there was no Sweet and Low there was no ice and there was no one working the girl that was working was rude and obnoxious the manager was working I told her there were as I was trying to eat the horrible meal that I just purchased she left right in the middle of everything did not check the T did not fill the ice machine did not do anything she just left after she told me she would get right on it it was the worst experience I've ever had but inside of McDonald's for other people complained about the french fries as well complain about the Tea in the ice as well it was really bad just thought you'd...
