Sanso's Pizza — Restaurant in Center Township

Look at my review of Blairsville Sanso's. I just posted it. It goes for both locations. Yes, we used both locations! I really thought the owner would make things right this last time since it was the first time in 6 years of wrong orders that I wanted them to make it right!!! I once again got a hot hoagie instead of a cold hoagie!!! The owner of course didn't make it!!! His employees were beyond ignorant!!! The food is always screwed up!!! So we won't be back and they are fine with that because they don't care about loyal customers!!! They can't even make a cold hoagie cold when it is ordered that way!!! They don't care if they screw up the orders time after time!!! Not just the hoagies either, the pizza's are never made right either!! We never once before the last order, in 6 years, did we ask for the food to be fixed or to be compensated for the wrong food!!! I always called back, but I always said all I wanted was the order to be right next time!!! What a joke because Sanso's just doesn't care!!! They blamed me, the customer, for their mistakes!!! Said I didn't order it that way... ummm excuse me, the order has been the same for 6 years, COLD ITALIAN HOAGIES... one with american cheese, both no onions and no oregano and dressing on the side!! The person taking the order should tell the person making the order that it is cold hoagies!!!! Especially since I stress it everytime!!!

Worst of all, just maybe someday they will post a real current updated menu with the real prices!!! Funny, another recent review posted here for Sanso's said Sanso's was great. But that same person also posted a picture of the old menu with the old prices! Sanso's current prices are almost more than doubled the prices on the old menu that is posted everywhere online!!! That old menu is everywhere online with the wrong prices, again some of the prices are almost double now!!! Their prices on that old menu aren't even close to their real prices!!! So, it's not a real reliable review that was posted saying Sanso's was great when they included a picture of the old menu with unreliable prices, that again has been unreliable for many years!!!!

Seems like Sanso's won't update their menu online, so customer's will keep ordering, thinking they are getting a great price!! But then the customer gets hit with a $37 order when they thought the order was going to be under $20 at most!! Sadly, Sanso's have been made aware of the menu prices being wrong online time after time!!! For many years, these prices have been wrong on the old menu!!! We ordered 2 cold hoagies that were made wrong first off, almost every time we ordered them!!! Very simple order, 2 cold Italian hoagies, american cheese on one, no onion, no oregano, on both, dressing on the side. And when I called once again over the order being wrong, they said they knew I complained all the time, but they still never got the order right, even after I stressed cold hoagies!!! Why I gave them so many years is beyond me!!! Trying to help out a local family owned business, got us nothing but misery!!!

According to Sanso's menu, the order should have been under $20. Nope, it was almost $40 for 2 hoagies because I did order extra cheese on the one hoagie, one time! Sanso's needs to stop scamming everyone with the wrong price menu!!! But as they do with everything, they will have another excuse as to why they let the old menu with the wrong prices stay posted online!!! When I am out in this area for work I make sure I stop here for lunch every time! The food is delicious, the staff are wonderful, and the prices can't be matched even though everywhere else has skyrocketing prices! You have the option of eat in or take out from here with 2 decent sized dine in areas in the building. If you need a few odds and ends groceries while here there is a small deli attached to the restaurant that is also priced affordable. You can get sandwiches, pizza, strombolis, salads, pasta, pretty much anything Italian food wise here and trust me, it is all great food! This same review still applies now 2 years later. I highly recommend this restaurant!

While staying at the Park Inn by Radisson suites in Indiana Pennsylvania, I had must stop along My route before leaving Indiana Pennsylvania and that stop is owned by Forrest Harris and is called Sanso's Italian restaurant and store. They prepared 4 Italian Subs that all of the ingredients were completely separated and packed with ice for My 4 plus hours on the highway. When I got home I made two immediately and were just as if Forrest Himself made them fresh out of His oven. Their located along route 119 North in Homer City, so You may have to do a u-turn to get to them. But I can tell You that from My personal experience, wether PIZZA or Italian Subs that You cannot find better than what they serve in that area.
