Subway — Restaurant in Center Township

Honestly - WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. The youngish girl working behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude. I believe the owner/manager was sitting in the dining room on her laptop and she did nothing! Several tables were dirty - floor needed sweeping. Ice machine broken, no soap in the bathroom, half wall by the ordering area is loose and a safety hazard, outside of restaurant is full of weeds. The food didn’t taste or look fresh. When we left we saw all 3 staff members come into the dining area but they just stood around and talked - very questionable work ethic. By looking at the many 1 star reviews it seems this location has ongoing issues about cleanliness and staff rudeness. I was appalled by the entire experience and vibe in there. Went today to get a sandwich for my daughter n i, apparently, I could not get the special “bogo” because I wanted to pay cash instead of paying by credit card through the app....I couldn’t even place my order through the app because again, I wanted to pay cash....A lil frustrated, I went on and ordered my food and asked did they have the new “carrot cake cookies” she said yes and I added one to my order. I broke a piece of the cookie off and what do u know! It’s oatmeal raisin the only twist, it has that cream cheese frosting on it. So they r passing off oatmeal raisin cookies for the carrot cake cookies, just with icing. I’ve got pics to prove it, no carrots only raisins and icing and taste like oatmeal raisin as...

I was there a little bit after 5:00 on Thursday October/19/2023 the woman that was working there was excellent and did a great job and I hope they keep her because she made mine,my daughter 👧 and wife's hogies 🥖🥪 the way we asked and wanted them and she was so nice to my daughter she was really kind and friendly and helpful also so please keep her there she is a really great excellent worker and I was very satisfied with her and also when I was up there another day on Tuesday October/17/2023 the manager Shawna Hair and the worker Mandy Hair was also very gracious,helpful,kind and friendly and made all are hogies the way we wanted and was also nice to my daughter and asked them also I really hope they keep them...
