Wiseguys Pizza & Pub — Restaurant in Centerville

Have ordered pizza delivered 5 or 6 times, pizza is usually very good if you don't mind 45-60 minute delivery times. Our most recent order will be our last though. The pizza had large patches of burnt cheese and we had a problem with the driver.

I have always tipped $2 or more, usually added on in the cart when ordering online. If I forget to add it to the order I hand cash to the driver. This order I had missed the tip on the order because I was on my phone browser in a store.

She arrived a couple minutes before I got home, so my wife met her at the door. She was instantly confrontational and said she had been here a few times with no tip and the $1 delivery fee didn't cover the gas to drive here. My wife signed the receipt and handed it back, and the driver continued to complain about a tip and held our pizza back and to the side. My wife demanded our pizza and the driver shoved it at her and walked off.

This was when I arrived home. Having no idea about the previous interaction, I walked up to the driver as she was returning to her car. The first thing I said was "did my wife give you a tip?" suspecting no as she doesn't have cash. I had $2.50 ready in my hand that I handed over as soon as she said no. Instead of a thanks I got a short lecture on tipping and how the $1 delivery fee doesn't cover her cost of gas. I just stood there confused as she drove off.

I've delivered pizzas for several places in the past, and her gas commission is NOT the customer's responsibility. Worst delivery I've ever gotten anywhere. Still gets 3 stars because the pizza is usually...

Enjoy the wings, they are actually very good, unfortunately I had a little problem, my wife and my daughter go to wiseguys every Thursday for wings and every Thursday she always gets me an order of wings for myself so after they finish their food she order another order of wings to go for myself, so she had my wings wrapped up and boxed because she usually dropped them off for me right when I go to break! So I get my wings and I'm getting to eat so when I opened the box of wings I saw something that should not be there! Housefly eggs!!!!! So I took a picture and I send it to my wife! Obviously she got grossed out by it and well I had to throw them! My wife talked to the person in charge but all he kept saying is that their food get cooked in 500° fryer so he didn't understood how it happened! Is very obvious that the housefly eggs happen after the wings were cooked if you look at the picture! I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time at least I hope so, but some how those eggs ended up in one of my wings, that was the last time I went there and honestly I don't think...

I am going to be nice and give more stars than I should. Normally great pizza and fantastic pasta. Our last order was not so great. Ordered a taco pizza, a family favorite. The pizza we received had no taco chips, lettuce, or tomatoes. More than slightly disappointed. I will order from Wiseguys again, and so should those that are reading this review. Mistakes happen. Everytime I think about this pizza, it reminds me of a joke. Customer calls in and complaining about not getting and toppings on her pizza, opened the box and got nothing but crust, no cheese, no sauce, no toppings. The owner told her to close the box and turn the box over and reopen it... I kept looking for my topping but they...
