New Hong Kong — Restaurant in Central Falls

I went into their store today and ordered a combination plate. I requested the boneless spare ribs with fried rice and egg roll but wanted to pay more for the substitution. The woman told me they don't do that, but their menu says they charge $1.00 for substitutions. Then when I proceeded to ask if they had duck sauce the woman begins pouring some substance from a plastic container you usually see condiments in like the red ne for ketchup and didnt even tell me she didnt have plastic containers of duck sauce which is what I would have preferred or even the packets of it over someone pouring it onto my plate for me. I will never go back there again their service is horrible because the woman at the counter is rude and looks at you crazy when she clearly doesnt know her own...

I ordered the spare rib combo and crab Rangoon. The crab Rangoon was absolutely disgusting in sorry to say that. I took one bit and had to spit it out I do not recommend them. The spare ribs were soggy and to be honest they had the consistency of leftovers when you put them in the microwave. The rice is bland with no flavor. I feel bad about writing this review but the food was absolutely terrible. Not worth...

House Lo Mein was excellent. The egg roll was perfect. It was crispy without being greasy. All the ingredients in both were fresh. Lo mein had plenty of meat in it. Service was very prompt. They are CASH ONLY but there is an ATM next door at the gas station. The atmosphere is a perfect walk in five Chinese food place. The kind that you know the food is going to be great. 10$ for the meal...
