China King — Restaurant in Centralia

It is wise to have a contingency plan when calling this dirty Chinese restaurant (we usually order local Mexican after trying china king). When calling, you will be greeted by a rude 12 year old, and when you ask to place a to go order, you will likely be told they're not making orders to go today (there's no set schedule for this, it's simply when they feel like it). The food is rarely good, usually very average. If you have questions about a dish, don't bother asking as the 12 year old will not help you (he can, he just won't). If you choose to dine in, bring your AirPods - it's cold, empty and gross. If you want Chinese in Centralia, drive 20 miles south to Columbia where you will have multiple options for good Chinese. This place is terrible, I called to try and order the other day and asked if I could place an order and the little boy that answered the phone said no and just sat there on the phone. Also when my mom went in one time and payed with check she payed went back out to the car for 2 minutes noticed her checkbook was missing, I told her to go back in because I knew it was in there she asked multiple times where her checkbook was and they said they didn’t know then the women that works there asked the guy in the back and he finally told her it was in the shredder, completely ridiculous. And let’s not forget the time we ordered a big order went all the way home(sturgeon mo) and then realized two of our things were missing, we called them and told them things were missing and the little boy tried making us pay for them AGAIN. I do not know what has happened to this place. Years ago it used to be the best Chinese around but now it’s awful. The last 8 or 9 times the chicken in any meal has been very tiny and over cooked and this has been one visit after another. I’d understand if it was maybe close to closing but I’ve never ordered later than 7:30pm. Not to mention every time I’ve ever ordered the general or kung pao chicken it has NEVER been hot. What finally made me do this was that my entire family is up throwing up and sick to our stomachs after eating here last night. You guys have sadly gone downhill and I will not be going back.
