The Bluebird Bistro — Restaurant in Centralia

bistro centralia mo This was my first time trying bluebird and without a doubt, the best sandwich I have ever had! I tried the chipotle Chicken Sandwich and it was bursting with so much flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it didn't have too much sauce on it. My wife had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich, again, the flavor was on point. We also got the chef salad, it was so filling. The wife and I were so happy to see a great size portion of salad for the price. When the wife asked me if I like it, I told her subway is dead to me, LOL 😆. Truly this place is a great piece of Centralia and I, for one, will be coming back often. 10 out of 10...

I absolutely love this restaurant! Why? First of all there has never been a grilled cheese sandwich in all of my 55 years of life that tastes as good as their signature Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese. Secondly, you can order for easy takeout using an app called “Toast Takeout.” The app is easy to use and the order is usually ready in 15 minutes or less. Their Greek salad and Broccoli salad are great additions as well. The Greek is easily big enough to split between two people. Been a customer of theirs since last summer and have always received the same delicious entrée each time and a smile...

Food is great the chicken bacon ranch sandwich is my favorite. I do not like traditional potato salad that has a twang to it but there loaded potato salad is one of the only ones I will eat.

I know it's not their type of restaurant that refills drinks for you but that is the only reason I subtracted a star in service.
