extremely rude for literally no reason. i had ordered on the app and arrived at the store after the app said the order was ready. the order was not in the express pickup area so i had to wait until all the other customers moved through the line which is exactly what i was trying to avoid by ordering on the app. when i finally got to talk to an employee she told me they didn’t have my order. i explained what it was supposed to be and she went and checked the computer and said again that they didn’t have my order. i asked what i was supposed to do since i had already paid for the food and she told me to contact doordash. i had to explain that i did not work for doordash this was my own personal order and she rollled her eyes at me. her coworker went and checked the computer and immediately found my order and printed it out. the other woman aggressively made my sandwich and basically threw it at me without a single word. i religiously eat at the subway over by fairview park and have never once had an issue with ordering in the app, i will most likely never go back to this...

If you go into either store to use a physical coupon they will only let you select from a list of a few cheap subs off of a flyer they have posted when you order! They have recently only begun not honoring coupons and paying full price for a sub is not worth the value anymore. Nashville location will honor coupons and online codes through the app though!
