Lavender Pearl
A jewel of refinement bright violet lemon dances with a kiss of simple syrup and crisp tonic, while a dusting of lavender sugar and a delicate lavender mist weave floral whispers through every sip. Finished with a lemon twist, it shimmers like moonlight on silk.
Polynesian Sacrifice
Exotic and intoxicating, this island escape blends the ocean-blue allure of curaçao with lush pineapple and sweet orange, softened by silky piña colada cream. A whisper of coconut water lingers like a forbidden secret, delivering a tropical indulgence with a mysterious edge.
Blood Orange Spritzer
A dazzling splash of prohibition-era charm this spritz mingles the bold tang of blood orange juice with a hint of grenadine's sweetness, brightened by a squeeze of lime. Effervescent and refined, it's crowned with a dried orange wheel for a touch of vintage glamour.
Tea Cup Meatballs
A half dozen saucy little rascals, lounging in a tea cup of marinara crowned with a sprinkle of parmesan mischief
Gangster Graze
A hush-hush gathering of savory meats, sharp cheeses, and sly accompaniments portioned just for you

This place is NEAT! We were in town for a wedding, and went there three (3) separate times (twice at night for the new “speakeasy” on opening night, and once for a morning hibiscus tea). The staff is not particularly fast (it’s rural Illinois), but they are all very friendly. Spent a while talking with the owners/partners on opening night of their new “speakeasy”. The interior is really decorated in a fun way with a lot of railroad–themed decor, as well as other antiques! Cocktails were priced fair. Everyone in our group had a lot of fun going there on Friday night for the”speakeasy” and Saturday for morning tea. It was our intention to have breakfast there on Sunday morning, but we had to depart before they opened. If I lived nearby, it would probably be one of my favorite local businesses to support. Lots of opportunity to partner with local artists, antique dealers, and estate sellers. They apparently do a Halloween themed party each October. The T-shirts looked really cool!

Went there on one of my trips to visit in-laws in Centralia and this place was a breath of fresh air. First of all, the boys behind the counter were both polite and courteous, while being helpful and friendly at the same time. I was so taken aback by the variety of coffees and beverages offered on the menu, that I took quite some time digesting it, and they were super patient, which I was appreciative of. Now on to the beverages, I really wanted a Butter Beer however, I wanted to stay low on my sugar so I gave them a relatively difficult off the menu thing to do with the drip coffee, and they came through. The coffee tasted fresh and delicious, the decor was kooky, zany and fun...and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Clean, fun, imaginative...this is JUST the kind of place Centralia needs. Love it!!!

A great little coffee shop! The building has so much character! The decor is fantastic! The employees are fast and friendly! The food is great and the coffee and drink selection is fantastic! Coffees, smoothies, craft beer, wine, and teas are available. The atmosphere here is so inviting! Whether you are looking for a sunny window seat where you can see and be seen, an open seating area for groups, intimate tables for two, a lounge area with a couch and chairs, or a small balcony overlooking it all, they've got you covered! This is my favorite hangout and definitely my go-to place!

I currently work here as a barista, but I always used to come here before I got a job here. Rail Coffee Room is a really nice coffee shop, filled with a bunch of amazing employees and the owners are really nice as well! I like that it is a locally owned coffee shop, I feel like it’s good to have for a small community like Centralia. I love that they have a variety of options to choose from for drinks and the food here is spectacular! We have frappes, teas, iced/hot coffee, cold brew, etc. We also have seasonal drinks that we offer and my favorite ones to get are either the Caramel Apple Kiss or Pumpkin Spice Latte! I recommend coming here for a drink and some food whenever you have free time or just want a place to hang out & chat with friends! It’s always good to shop and support locally...
