Last week as I was passing through Centralia, I stopped in for a few burgers and some onion rings. After making the drive through order I stopped at the window to pay and notice the girl putting the onion rings in the bag. I asked her if those are hot and she said "we had them up. After I took my bag, she quickly closed the window and walked away. I pulled up, checked my food and the onion rings were lukewarm and nasty. The restaurant was closed to walk in so I knocked on the drive-up window and the cook came and opened the window with a very crappy attitude. I told him my onion rings were "dead". His exact response was "I hope so, there are suppose to be dead". I suggested that he knew what I meant and I didn't need any crap. He told me he wasn't taking any crap and grabbed the bag from the window, threw it on the parking lot and then walked away. I knocked more robustly till the woman that took the order came and demanded a refund. She gave me the useless marketing company phone number as my contact to advise management. The drive-thru was full, if I would have waited in line I would have been holding up traffic so I decided to park and go in I gave them my order number and Michelle the manager was completely rude said well you're not going to get your order till it's ready you're just going to have to wait. I wasn't trying to cut in line I explained that to her and she gave me a complete attitude and walked away from me, not professional at all and my feet were sticking to the floor at the checkout counter.
