I really hate to be nit picky but I feel like I should comment on how the business about supposedly NOT using espresso from a thermos are untrue. The latte I ordered did taste good from the syrups used, and the service quick and kind, but it really baffled me watching supposedly "espresso" being poured from an urn. I watched 2 lattes and my own be made this way, no portafilters, no fresh brewing. As a barista myself I have no idea why you'd choose to do this- it takes maybe a minute to grind beans, dial in a shot, then pull it, and that's worth it for fresh, quality espresso- but even more than that, you shouldn't reply to customers and lie to say you AREN'T doing that. I'd rather see an automated machine in...

You used to get fresh espresso shots made right then in your cup. Now, they pump it out of a coffee carafe. Who knows what's in that carafe, or how long it's been there, but it's not fresh espresso. What coffee shop pre makes, or buys, a gallon of espresso and puts it in a carafe? You go to the coffee shop to get fresh espresso, not watch them pump some dark liquid into your cup. Then charge you full price but you get none of the experience.
It's gone downhill, which is sad because it used to be an amazing place with...

Unfortunately, the most recent visit left me with throwing the latte in the trash; I was already on the road and didnāt have the time to return the beverage. The latte was not very hot and had a weird taste, nothing like what you would expect. The place could also use a good cleaning, seriously⦠mopping, dusting, and cleaning the pastry case would be a great improvement. I strongly believe in supporting small businesses but I just canāt bring myself to do that with this place. Wonāt...
