They cut me some glass at a reasonable price and were willing to teach me how it's cut in case I wanted to do it myself. They literally let me walk in the back and showed me and even gave me a piece of glass to take home to practice. I have a special project where I made my own windows and before they cut, they called to voice concern that my measurements may not work. After I assured them I took their concern into account already, they went ahead. It was cool that they took the time to fully envision my small project and wanted to make sure it was done right. It was some weird special cuts and they didn't even flinch. They even delivered to my job for free (it was in the area of somewhere they were already going, otherwise the fee the would charge is very reasonable). At the end of the day all their cuts fit perfectly, which is good, because after installing the easy pieces, I was hovering 30 feet up in the air with a 7 foot tall, 4 foot wide traingle glass x2. I called for a piece of SSB window glass and got their voice-mail so I left the info with the dimensions. The same day a nice lady called me back and said it would be ready for pickup that day. I call that great customer service! However the size was off about 1/8th of an inch possibly due to the size being left via voice-mail. Luckily my brother who was installing it had been in the business for many years and was able to cut it. But I'm sure had I called them back they would gladly have made it right. Highly recommend...
