Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Centre

The Centre Jacks is the worst and I'd choose McDonald's over them any day forward. This is the 10th time we have went here with all of this jacked up. Went back and yet again there aren't words to describe it. I sat last vehicle in line for 20 minutes with absolutely no movement at all. Then cars began going except the two in front of me. There was 4 employees horse playing out back and I really didn't think anything about it until we finally got to the drive through to order. 27 minutes is how long I was waiting to simply take my order. When I got to the speaker the manager girl said hold one moment and I said ok. I wasn't to upset yet. 10 minutes goes by and nothing. That's when I lost it. I said ma'am could you please explain to me why I've sat in line at a FAST FOOD establishment for almost an hour. Her reply was " You aint been here but 5 minutes " in a rude type of way. She said " I know I got a timer on your vehicle." I said " Did your timer clock the 25 minutes I've sat and waited on you to get two customers out of your drive through. So your telling me that your timer clocked me in 5 minutes ago? Her reply " Yes". I said well your timer is as broken as your service is and dear ! It's FUBAR! She then goes on and said sir we are short handed and would appreciate some patience. I said patience? I got patience i told her. I'm 43 years old and have a 6 year old little girl that's going on 26. So I had patience until I decided to pull back into a drive thru that has yet to get an order correct in no lie, at least 100 visits. I thought the Jacks in Section was horrible. Boy was I wrong! I gave her my order. She said "we are out of BBQ sauce for my fingers. I said one comeback and one ranch then. I told her 3 times no Mayo on my big bacon. 3 times she heard me too. Because she repeated no mayo. I finally leave Jacks 48 minutes later and with my entire order jacked up like it always is at this Jacks. Mayo on a burger that im not certain comes with Mayo on it but for some reason mine always comes with despite me saying it numerous times "NO MAYO PLEASE " and no dipping sauce at all. Guess the comeback sauce should be called get back sauce or left off sauce. So yes im going to escalate this one up higher because there's not many choices in Centre Alabama as far as fast food. I love the chicken fingers but can't stomach Mayo that I get on my sandwiches despite telling them at least 3 times every time that I don't want Mayo. It's difficult to get me this upset over a meal but in all actuality it's at least 80 trips with not one...

See update at bottom: Super clean inside and out. I went inside to order amd I’m glad I did. Greeted when I walked in by staff member standing in the dining area, big plus. The kitchen area was full staff! One associate was actually singing!, the place was clean, there was great looking food in the holding area. I was greeted at the register with a smiling face… I ordered a fried chicken salad with ranch dressing to go. It was the best salad I have ever gotten from a Jacks. The lettuce was not wet and soggy, the chicken was warm and tender and it had real bacon on it. I even got three containers of ranch dressing. **now, I did not get paid for this review, and I do not know anyone that works here. I am just very excited to find a fast food restaurant that is being ran like the old days. Good customer service and good food in the same place is a rarity now a days. What ever you are doing keep doing it!! Three different days, three perfect salads!! I STILL LIKE THIS RESTAURANT BUT….Don’t purchase the chicken nuggets. The eight piece looks like one half cooked sad little chicken finger cut up into eight irregular pieces. Very deceiving, this is not like Jacks to serve something...

I love Jack's in centre because they always fix your food really perfect Halley the mg. Treat you and all others customers like your family.try the.out .also captain D.s is also a great place in centre to eat great food mgs.are supper they also are great food and service .But the worst place to eat is the fishing hole in centre cold food Mac.
