I visited your restaurant on my lunch break. As someone who has worked in the customer service area for a very long time, I'm sad to say that your employees set the bar for dissatisfaction across the board. Second time coming there and I know my business might not be that big of a deal to you as an owner or corporation, but I will not be back. Both occasions the fries were cold and I was given an attitude when I brought them back both times. First time young man with a gray shirt and long hair he had an attitude when I asked for fresh fries, but tonight took the cake for me. I ordered a ten piece nugget meal and I requested more sauce and offered to pay extra as I did before yet was never given the sauce that I paid for. I pay the cashier and proceed to the window to pick up my food. I asked for more sauce and the guy at the window acted like he didn't understand what I was saying and called the young lady over who had red hair and an ace bandage wrapped on her arm. She said yeah I can give you more sauce with a nasty attitude. So I grab my food and I pull off. I reach in the bag for my fries which were cold and the container wasn't properly filled. I brought them in and the same lady with the red hair presented me with an attitude. I asked for fresh fries as they should have been. She gave me an attitude and said "Well if you want fresh fries you will have to wait 3 minutes for them to cook." What do you mean if I want fresh fries? I wouldn't have come inside if I wanted cold old fries would have kept what you gave me. Then the same man that waited on me the previous time asked the young lady what my problem was and she said" She wants fresh fries. " It was the sarcastic nastiness in her tone that really got under my skin. Then when I finally get my fries I realized the guy who gave me my order never gave me my Sprite so I had to go back in and I was told I had to wait because the machine had to make my Sprite, yet I ordered a meal. I wasn't even offered and apology. They are here to provide a service to your customers and if you can't do that then perhaps they need to work in an industry where there are no interactions with customers. Both of them look like team leads and I'm wondering who you're leading with an attitude like that? I understand that employees are under paid, under staffed and under appreciated . I'm not the type to say that every customer is right because they are not yet we still treat them as if they are right because it's about the experience. You definitely do not be disrespectful to the people who provide service to keep your business up and running. There needs to be retraining on customer service. Read moreStopped by the drive thru tonight 8/15/19 just before 9 pm tonight order two mcdoubles and two apple pies in the drive thru just under 5 minutes not bad been a lot longer before. Got down the road and started to eat my stale bun on one mcdouble once I finished it grab apple pie WOW hard as a rock pulled over looked at time sticker another big WOW it was from 8/15/19 just that it been there for 1:19 pm that makes it at least 8 hours old sat in there heated box tell me now over 10 miles away and not going back can't have people waiting for me. I guess all imI saying is look at the sticker on the pie boxes before you roll out and get stuck with something that is old and hard and your not disappointed if I didn't have people counting on me being there would have taken them both back along with my stale mcdoubles. Never again go to the 7-11 before I ever go back there way to go WORKERS can't even read when the pies were put in that simple second so you don't lose yet another customer. Read moreThe Centreville, MD drive-through seldom fails to disappoint but today stands out! We attempted to order two meals —one with Diet Coke and one with regular Coke—plus a separate medium fries. When I placed my order I asked the employee to read it back because the total price seemed high. After correction, I proceeded to the cashier and on to pickup. We checked the bag (much to that employee’s irritation) and found that the separate fries were missing. We also received one medium drink and one large rather than the mediums that come with meals. She was irked when we asked for the missing fries and although we accepted the incorrect drink order, she couldn’t tell us which was diet. And we got home, we realized we had no receipt.
It happens that this store is our only nearby fast food restaurant, so despite regular bad experiences I have continued to patronize them. This ongoing rude service is the last straw. Most places of business at minimum require their employees to be courteous. I...
