Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Ceres

I am writing this complaint because I’m trying to get a hold of someone over the phone with your corporate number however the best way to reach you through email. I visited this location last night I went 10 minutes before they closed and before walking in there was this sign at the door saying no mask no service I made sure my sister and I were wearing our masks however there was a group of a family of four individuals inside of this location without a mask. it took a couple minutes before I was acknowledged so I waited patiently for my turn when this kind employee acknowledge me and was taking care of my order, while she was fixing our order my sister and I noticed that there was this individual behind the counter who was Not wearing a mask not an employee not wearing gloves and was touching everything with his bare hands which made me think about going further with my order because of this poor hygiene also we noticed the store manager was helping this individual behind the counter she took the following family of and four individuals towards the back side to give them their items these individuals did not pay and walked away with free items, It is not the paying for my things im pist about I’m upset bc of the individual Wearing dirty clothing and touching everything with his hands, and not even being an employee! I am sure these people were the managers family, and made sure they got their stuff, what about the customers that do pay for their things? Are we to be ignored and have to walk in with a mask to be serviced? The family then left the store as we were walking to our car we noticed they left walking, plus they had a toddler walking barefoot, on the street and that’s how the toddler was walking inside of the lobby! Gross this is very upsetting and dirty!

The ice cream is always good. Today’s service was strange and straight up disrespectful, I came in ordered for myself and remembered I owed an ice cream to a female coworker, I state female because as I was ordering the employee (short, long dark hair, braces, skinny girl today was wearing black shirt and a necklace at around 6:10-6:15) idk her name asked who it was for, as I stated who it was for I made conversation about me and my man and said I wouldn’t get anything for a male worker because it’s seen wrong and I don’t date my coworkers. She said “ oh haha not even “Steven” because he is my man” insinuating I want something with a fellow coworker (her man). How do you attend a customer and at the same time disrespect them with a smile. I understand insecurity in women, but to have it affect them at work and treat customers this way is disgusting, girl bye. If you are the manager or supervisor for this location please act more...

I called today to place an order for pickup at 3:50pm, a girl answered confused and asked to call her back in 5 minute, I called again an hour later trying to place an order for my son birthday cake and the girl chuckled and said if I can hold. I waited atleast 8 minutes on the phone before I decided to hang up, there was no explanation on holding, no thank you for calling. This experience made me not want to spend money here again. My son was super excited to get an ice cream cake for his birthday and it’s super unfortunate I was not able to accommodate that due to not even being able to place an order because the employees here have no urgency of assisting...
