IHOP — Restaurant in Ceres

Where to begin, the place was sticky. They set me at a sticky table and I even mentioned the table was sticky they did nothing till I then said at least wipe the table off I can see food on it. The salt and pepper shakers were sticky too. And when I ordered food they overcooked it and gave me wheat bread when I asked for white !! But most of all my wife ordered vegetarian breakfast with the fake sausage and they gave her real ones, she had to eat one first to figure it out which she was horrified about, we told them this was real and not the beyond meat version and the waitress talks about egg whites trying to claim that's what made the sausage dish vegetarian..which was a lie, and when we told her and the manager about how she will get sick and need a stomach pump now they said they will remake the dish, but tried to make sure we paid for it when she's clearly not going to eat it now, they didn't care when she said not eating meat was part of her religion and was honestly just disrespectful .do we really have tp...

I was there this morning wasn't that busy the server took forever I asked her twice for coffee she never brought it some other server what's happened here she gave me a coffee she brought my order in different time she did not bring all the food together I know you guys have a runner helper she only have four tables when we got there it wasn't busy server needs to be more attention to the customers she never asked me how did I want the eggs I don't want to say the name the server but you got to put attention to everything this morning I was there I left noon I can tell she's kind of confused if she gets better it will be more customers showing up but today experience I don't want to go back and I do like IHOP I know how old this work I used to be a manager one of the IHOP's I hate to put this attention but if no one say nothing there will be never a changes hopefully it gets better...

We used to like coming here sometimes. Today was a bit bad. Sun, may, 26. We had to wait to be seated sure that's okay we got a seat but then we got drinks. People came in and then the guy who was attending us. Went to attend others who came. They were seated finally. We got drinks. Then after we waited and the guy prefer getting them there orders first. Then after i think they got there food first too. We had to wait finally he came for us to order. Then we waited and got our food. But no napkins forks, spoons, and knifes didn't came with a napkin like they usually do wrapped them. Then after never checked on us if we needed something else. Which we needed napkins till the end we finally got our napkins. The food was good but...
