Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Ceres

so I’ve been a frequent customer of the Ceres location since they opened. I’ve never had an issue there except one time in the parking lot when another customer almost hit my vehicle other than that, never had an issue with the staff. well today, I did. there’s two lanes. I pulled into the right lane. there were cars in the left. cars pulled up behind me. now there’s two lanes of cars full. so the person to the left ordered. and then another. and then another. so then I pulled up to order because I felt I waited a sufficient amount of time and also I didn’t want the cars behind me to get upset cuz I wasn’t moving. then the lady in the white Jeep Cherokee started honking and cussing, in front of a family and children, screaming she was here first and trying to hit my car. Well the barista taking orders, Sarah went inside. I told the lady in the Jeep theres two lanes, two cars ahead of her already went and ordered so it’s supposed to go every other after that. She kept screaming so I rolled up my window and didn’t interact with her. well the assistant manager Mikey came out and only came to me, not the lady cussing in front of everyone and told me I’m always causing a problem and I always bring problems to them and cause issues and I was like wait what? the lady was honking and cussing at me, how am I the problem? he kept talking and putting it all on me and just kept saying I’m the problem. I told him since they’ve opened I haven’t had an issue and he said yes you have(the reason I brought up the issue earlier in my comment) but again, that wasn’t really an issue, I JOKINGLY said in that earlier interaction she doesn’t wanna try me or something and he brought that up. that was completely out of context. I’ve never been spoken to like that, ESPECIALLY by an assistant manager. I told him because of the way he’s speaking to me, he’s made me extremely uncomfortable and I don’t feel good about coming back and that I was going to follow up with the manager and the owner. he said good I’ll call him too and let him know about you and what’s happened, trying to intimidate me and I’m like uhhh okay. and then he didn’t take my order, no one did until I got to the window but they took everyone else’s. never been treated like that before from an establishment. I go there almost every day. I know everyone working there and I take the time to get to know them as people and treat them as such, with respect. Extremely disappointed, imagine he speaks to the...

My experience at Dutch Bros Coffee was nothing short of amazing. I ordered a large blended Picture Perfect Banana Bread, and it was truly the best drink on the menu. The flavors were perfect, and it did not disappoint.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The girl taking my order was incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in how my day was going. When I mentioned that I was having a terrible day and needed a pick-me-up, she surprised me by saying that my drink was on the house. I was truly touched by her kindness and generosity.

This level of customer service is what sets Dutch Bros Coffee apart. They truly live up to their name by being the best "bro" and creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for their customers. I had a very disappointing experience at this Dutch Bros location. I placed my order ahead of time and it was supposed to be ready by 8:02. I ended up waiting until 8:20, and when I went to check, my drink was just sitting there completely melted. The employee working the window on (9/9/25) around 8am seemed disorganized and inattentive, and it made the whole experience frustrating. I expect better service and care, especially when ordering ahead. Not to mention whenever you are ordering at the window or have an order ahead they try to avoid you at all costs no “I’ll be right with you” just blatantly ignore you until they want to deal with you.
