Worst customer service ever. On 10/08/21 at 3:35 pm i went to pick up my order and i watched the cashier run outside and stop a customer who already had there pizzas in here car and the little Caesars cashier said I gave you the wrong pizza and he took the pizza back from the customer who already had it in there car and he took the pizza back inside the store and he put it back inside the stores pizza warmer. I than said im here for my order and he handed me the same pizza he just took form the customer car and put back into there pizza warmer and tryed to give me the same pizza, and when i said you just took that same pizza from that person's car outside and put it back into your pizza warmer and than tryed to give it to me. He than said no i didn't ,i than said i watched you. He than said i gave you the one on the top, i said I watched you put it back on top , he said i put it on the bottom. I these covid19 times this place is not doing there part to keep everyone safe, the food quality and service and respects for customer service is the worst i have ever seen and experienced. I recommend you take your money elsewhere to Whitmore and crows landing little Caesars. Its much cleaner and ran...
Read moreVisited Little Caesars today and was blown away by an employee named Isaac. In an age where personalized service feels rare, Isaac greeted me BY NAME, remembering me as a past customer. That alone was impressive, but what happened next was unforgettable. I had my energetic 5-year-old daughter with me, and Isaac didnât just acknowledge herâhe genuinely engaged her. When she greeted him, he warmly replied, âHi! Whatâs your name?â and sparked a sweet little conversation with her. As a parent, seeing an employee take the time to connect with my child means a lot. It wasnât just transactional; it was human, kind, and refreshing. This level of care and hospitality is something you simply donât see everywhere anymore. Isaac is the kind of employee who makes customers feel valued and turns a quick pizza run into a bright spot in your day. Management should be incredibly proud to have someone like him representing their brand. Thank you, Isaac and Little Caesarsâweâll be back because of...

Store manager wouldn't even give her name as she laughed & tried to blame the delivery person for the items he wasn't given with the rest of the order. Apparently, it is the drivers job to make sure the Store Manager is running the business properly & correct issues with the customers. The delivery person isn't even an employee at Little Ceasars. Yet The store manager claims it is the food delivery person employed by a separate business who responsible for gather the order together & doing the rest of the job right down to dealing with the restaurant item replacement/ or refunds. Sorry but no..... Do your jobs or let someone else do it who cares to actually do it & do...
