I pre-ordered at Papa Murphy's today ordering a family-size pizza and three cookie doughs. While walking out I thanked the lady and gentleman who I both saw working and was appreciative for them and for being open and Available during this time. Her exact comment back to me was "Yeah, well we really don't want to be." Okay. Next time I'll go right next door to Mountain Mike's I'm sure they would appreciate my business. I work for a small business owner. And this is 100% unacceptable especially during this time of need for everyone when I am being Beyond grateful....

I’ve ordered several times from this Papa Murphy’s store. Although it seems some of the meats are getting a little skimpy they are still tasty pies . If you order online and it says your pizza will be ready at 5:58 PM it will be ready at 5:58 PM. Now it’s time to dive into this big boy

Friendly staff, overall good pizza, but the stuffed crust left much to be desired. With take n' bake the doneness of the pizza is on you, so probably because we cooked it too long, the pizza was on the dry side. I would try again but not sure if the sparse crust is worth the extra $3.

I've been coming here for over 10 years, I seriously loved this store until today..never experienced bad customer services like this.. Seriously if I was a shopper the staff would have been fired.. I've worked for Papa Murphy's in the past and you never turn a customer away for a mistake you made.. Fix the mistake..Serioulsy disappointed in these girls poor customer serive and the fact they represent Papa Murphy's is even more sad.. If you don't like your job then find a new one, don't be taking your frustration out on people and don't bring your personal business to work..management seems like they don't care if they lose customers.. Never come back...
