Shyla's Hideaway, Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Challis

When I walked in, I loved the atmosphere.. bartenders both were great.. Kaylee and Chrissy.. but the owner on the other hand. I understand why she’s kept int the kitchen. I do have a gluten allergy and am fine with a salad and am flexible. Asked her a question she was rude. Never once in her time of walking by us asked us anything even though I directed questions Toward her. In my opinion.. if you want good food., it is ok. but the owner takes away from the atmosphere by being 100% rude I was even going to buy some of her great souvenirs.. but after the way we were treated it’s a hard no. A good sandwich and a beer in a nice atmosphere. My buddy said the burger was very good. Clean and fair pricing. I didn' expect much as the place was empty but when I later walked into the bar across the street I realized it was full because everyone at that bar was smoking, including the staff. The food was tasty and pleasant atmosphere. Only one worker was fine until there was more than one table. 11 min to get a refreshed drink for anyone at any table. She's an really nice lady and obviously busy, but for a $51 ticket we had to finish our meals dry. Adults easy to do, kids that were thirsty from a day out running around.... not so.
