The donuts and smoothie were good. But the black girl in the drive through window handed me an overfilled boba smoothie with lots of sticky liquid on top of the lid and on the outside of the cup. it was dark so i didn't notice it until i pulled away from the window. my hand was sticky from the liquid, so i pulled over to check if she gave me napkins in my bag of donuts. there were none. i turned on my cabin light and slurped most of the excess liquid off of the top of the cap, then looked for a place to put the drink down, trying to figure out where to wipe my hands. seeing no real solution to my toddlerish sugar ridden mess of a problem i decided to just use my sticky hand to hold the cup and the other hand to drive. that ought to work until i get home, i thought. it's only 4 miles away, right? after pulling away from bosa i put the straw to my mouth and took a swig, and to my dismay there was liquid in the underside of the lid on the outside of the cup. it drizzled all over my white shirt, light grey shorts, and seatbelt. i went directly home and immediately tried to wash the smoothie liquid from the clothes with detergent. it will not come off. please pay attention to this sort of thing, bosa. i keep my clothes, car, and personal belongings very clean and it really annoys me when someone hands me a dripping beverage. usually when this happens i don't even grab the beverage and ask the person handing it to me to wipe it off, but this time i didn't notice until it was too late. so here's your bad review in exchange for my outfit....

Read moreJune 2022-Update from 3 years ago. This location is still open 24/7. It is nice to have a drive-thru, but it is also fun to go inside to see and smell the fresh donuts. They can get busy in the early morning hours, so try to be ready with your order when you get up to the counter. You can check the donut varieties online. They also have breakfast sandwiches and a lots of drink choices. The staff is always hustling to try to get your order as quickly as possible. Very glad that this location is still here. I haven't seen any coupons lately, but still a nice treat every now and then. A dozen mixed donuts/doughnuts will cost about $15. This location has a drive-thru that is open 24/7. We did a taste-test of Dunkin, Bosa, and Krispy Kreme donuts. The donuts seemed bigger and lighter. We tried a sprinkle and a glazed from each location. We liked Bosa the best. There are a lot of new Bosa locations in the East Valley. Check your mailbox, because they send out coupons each month for a free donut and discounted donut holes. I am not a big fan of their...
