I went in this morning at 10:30 and it wasn't busy which was amazing I could get in and out quickly. As I walked in the only worker I could see was the so called "manager" and of all things she was on her cell phone with her vape in her hand so not professional. She didn't greet me all she did was yell at the employee in the back , who , come to find out was doing all the work and asked her if she got me as I was standing outside the lobby waiting to have my sandwich made and the manager walked out. That employee unfortunately I didn't get her name this morning but was overall pleasant and treated me like a person. My sandwich was awesome and that employee's attitude was by far the best. As I walked out the door the manager was still on her phone and still had her vape in her hand. Hopefully corporate knows whose actually wanting to work there and who doesn't. That employee in there who rang me up deserves nothing but a giant raise / ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars and as for that manager she most definitely needs a talking to as to what customer service means and why...
Read moreI ordered online this afternoon, three separate foot-long sub sandwiches. I arrived at the Chandler location off Elliott and Dobson and was greeted and provided my order. 2 stars for that. 0 stars for the food. The online order process was ok using subway app and pick up seamless. This is where it ended. The whole reason for going to Subway was to get a decent sandwich made our way. They were all horrible. I’ve never been to this particular Subway and I will not go back. If you order, watch them make it so you get meat. Both of the foot-long chicken sandwiches I ordered barely had any chicken and in fact I think we counted 4 to 5 pieces on each. The Ytalian BMT slightly better but tasteless. I feel that because I ordered it online they felt they did not have to load the right proportions. To me that’s dishonest. We basically ate a vegetable sandwich on cardboard. I want my money and time back. Family take out night ruined. Nobody finished food, tossed the leftovers and made a frozen appetizer 10x better...

So I call the store, and the lady who made my sandwich answers the phone and I tell her the situation and she hangs up on me! So I call again then the guy worker answers the phone and I then tell him the situation and that she had hung up on me. HE then hangs up on me also!! So I walk back over to the subway and the lady is sitting at a table smirking at me. I then explain the situation for the third time and she roles her eyes at me. They then ask if I want a new sub.
