I’m beyond disappointed with the customer service and management of this establishment. Our office booked a team building event here about a month ago with the manager Jessica via email. We confirmed all the food orders and booked trivia to come special for us on a Saturday. We were given the price for trivia and food was confirmed…. We even have an email back asking how one of our employees wanted her burger cooked. All the emails are there with the manger Jessica. Our employees planned for this event and practiced for weeks. We went out and bought team costumes and everything. Some employees drove a good distance to be there. We arrived and the bartender and waitress had NO CLUE of our event. We were told there would be no trivia and they had no food order for us. We asked to speak to Jessica and were able to talk to her on a cell phone. She took no accountability for dropping the ball and denied our confirmation email …. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE THE EMAILS! She was not sympathetic and did not apologize. She kept putting back on us. She offered absolutely no back up plan or solution to this disaster she caused us… just a nothing I can do for you response. We were so disheartened. It takes a ton of planning to pull these events off and we were left with a mess. We ended up running to the store and buying a trivia game to play while we ate lunch. The manger didn’t show up or make any efforts to fix her mistakes. We paid full price for our food and drinks … there was nothing done for us in regards to her messing up our event. We had a group of 15 not to mention some extra family members who came to watch. All of us were in complete shock at the lack Of compassion and accountability this venue displayed. We have all the emails to support our planning . You would think management would give up the defensive behavior and just make things right. Unbelievable and unacceptable. None off us will ever return to this...
Read moreSo we came to try This place and found out the name changed and the ownership. A bit confusing because the menus still had the old name and old menu choices. However overall the service was pretty slow which kinda sucked, but seeing as how it was new years eve, i figured they were short handed. Then again, the bar pretty was pretty much empty and no one was ordering food. 1 guy was super drunk and clearly over served. As a former owner of a bar i look for these things and honestly that should be taken seriously.
Im a chef myself so rating food is something i am very direct about.
My wife ordered the smash burger which was clearly not a smash burger. It was a regular thick patty. However the burger was still good. Had a ton of flavor. The rosemary fries were very greasy and heavy on the stomach. Paid about 15 for the burger. Decent price.
I ordered the nashville chicken sandwhich. Not to spicy but def a real nashville style. Sandwhich was on the smaller side. Unfortunatly the chicken sandwhich was overcooked and tough. Flavor was there though. Chicken sandwich was slightly overpriced for the size. My onion rings were perfectly crispy!! Some of the better onion rings ive had since ive lived here in Az. I think they could of been cooked slightly longer but other than that, really good.
We also ordered the blackened chicken nachos for $13. Portion was perfect for $13. However, the blackened seasoning was a bit on the salty side. Good amount of toppings and the cheese sauce was damn good.
The 2 best things about this place were the beer and environment. The beer was ICE COLD. The environment was fun and friendly. They have games and some great seating. Heaters in back worked really well as well.
Willing to give this place another try sometime.

Read moreWe are extremely disappointed with our recent visit to MVP Sports Bar. The service was painfully slow. We waited 20 minutes at our table before anyone acknowledged us, and drinks from the bar took an unreasonably long time to arrive. By the time our food finally came, we had been at our table for a total of 50 minutes. Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the poor service. Both of our meals were not as described on the menu. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, which was supposed to include grilled red onions. Instead, it came with only egg and cheese, and a tiny slice of avocado that I requested to add avocado. The red onions were virtually non-existent—just two small chopped pieces. My side of potatoes had more onions and peppers than my sandwich, so I ended up adding them to it myself. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito, which was advertised as including chorizo and bacon. However, what he received was just egg, cheese, and potatoes. To top it all off, the total bill came to $80 for two plates and four drinks. For this price, we expected far better food and service. This has been our neighborhood bar for years, but we’re not impressed with the new ownership. At this point, we’re not sure if we’ll...
