We've had notoriously poor experiences at most Panda Express locations, so this was nothing new. $45 order from this location. Beef and Broccoli had literally 2.5 pieces of beef and tons of broccoli. My wife orders the same thing every time which comes with two orders of the honey walnut shrimp. Two orders of shrimp from here was six pieces. And you have to pay extra when you do honey walnut shrimp. It was an absolute joke. I only got a picture of the broccoli beef that I dumped out of the box onto my take out lid. I called the manager and she said that next time we order, she'll make sure that the employee responsible, "does it correctly." Well thank you for bending over backwards to make it right and assuming, incorrectly, that there will be a, "next time." *Update* (4/21/22) We had an order go sideways tonight from Uber Eats and I called and talked to a, "Tamera," who stated she was the assistant manager. She listened quietly while I ranted, and I would like to say that I was polite, but I'm ashamed to say that I wasn't. She listened quietly and then when I was done, apologized profusely for the mistake and made it right. I'm super impressed with her. She is old school customer service and will no doubt be heading upstairs from where she is. As long as she has anything to do with this location, we will be customers there. Thank you Tamera for actually caring about my order in the complete madness that is happening right now. Amazing work.

Bad experience all around. They give very small portions. The orange chicken they put in for kids meal is small broken pieces. When I asked the server that even kids meal deserves couple whole pieces , he refused. I talked to the manager and he argues that kids meal is only 4 ounces and again refused to do anything. Kids meal doesn’t mean the kid doesn’t deserve a good meal. This is not the first time this location short change their customers. I went home and weighted the food they give, it’s only 2.6 ounces for the orange chicken. That’s 33% less on what Manager Noah stated the proper portion should be. He is incompetent to be a manager and doesn’t know what customer service is. See the pictures for yourself. Two separate purchases. Third picture is the weighted portion of the the 2nd purchase. If you want what you pay for, avoid this location.

I simply could not ask for better service! Every time busy or slow I get consistent, friendly and amazing customer service. On top of that the food is always cooked perfectly and portioned out appropriately (generously). I know Angie, Kathy, and Jennifer by name and vice versa so it really feels like a second home to grab food and see some friendly faces...the other employees (the names of which I don't know) are just as exceptional in service and attitude! 100/100 would recommend this panda over the others. You won't be upset! Cheers to you all and thanks to the team there that makes my day everytime I walk through the door <3.

I simply could not ask for better service! Every time busy or slow I get consistent, friendly and amazing customer service. On top of that the food is always cooked perfectly and portioned out appropriately (generously). I usually get panda and it’s decent. But tonight I saw everything was coming out fresh. So I waited for my orange chicken & chowmein. But they told me the Kung pao would be 3 minutes after those. So I wait 7 minutes then ask again how long it will take. They said 10 minutes now. So I waited 10 minutes for nothing? I told them screw that just give me orange chicken instead. Cool so I go home and HOLY COW! WORST ORANGE CHICKEN EVER!! It was soggy and bouncy… disgusting. We didn’t touch that. So I call and ask for a refund because I don’t think I ever want orange chicken again. But NOPE!! Only can get a replacement meal! Boo I don’t want it? You guys think I want a replacement after that. I’ll never eat panda again! Went from my favorite as a kid to hating it as an adult. Like seriously I would rather eat McDonald’s than...
