We've had notoriously poor experiences at most Panda Express locations, so this was nothing new. $45 order from this location. Beef and Broccoli had literally 2.5 pieces of beef and tons of broccoli. My wife orders the same thing every time which comes with two orders of the honey walnut shrimp. Two orders of shrimp from here was six pieces. And you have to pay extra when you do honey walnut shrimp. It was an absolute joke. I only got a picture of the broccoli beef that I dumped out of the box onto my take out lid. I called the manager and she said that next time we order, she'll make sure that the employee responsible, "does it correctly." Well thank you for bending over backwards to make it right and assuming, incorrectly, that there will be a, "next time."
Update (4/21/22) We had an order go sideways tonight from Uber Eats and I called and talked to a, "Tamera," who stated she was the assistant manager. She listened quietly while I ranted, and I would like to say that I was polite, but I'm ashamed to say that I wasn't. She listened quietly and then when I was done, apologized profusely for the mistake and made it right. I'm super impressed with her. She is old school customer service and will no doubt be heading upstairs from where she is. As long as she has anything to do with this location, we will be customers there. Thank you Tamera for actually caring about my order in the complete madness that is happening right now....
Read moreBad experience all around. They give very small portions. The orange chicken they put in for kids meal is small broken pieces. When I asked the server that even kids meal deserves couple whole pieces , he refused. I talked to the manager and he argues that kids meal is only 4 ounces and again refused to do anything. Kids meal doesn’t mean the kid doesn’t deserve a good meal. This is not the first time this location short change their customers. I went home and weighted the food they give, it’s only 2.6 ounces for the orange chicken. That’s 33% less on what Manager Noah stated the proper portion should be. But they told me the Kung pao would be 3 minutes after those. So I wait 7 minutes then ask again how long it will take. They said 10 minutes now. So I waited 10 minutes for nothing?
