My boyfriend & i used to be reagulars, not anymore. Ever since they hired new people they've really gone downhill. The past two months our order is messed up almost every single time. We both used to work in fast food so we had always been understanding but this has happened too many times now. Last night we ordered our food through the app, 2 crispy chicken sandwiches 1 lg mozzarella sticks and 2 lg root beers. One of the sandwhiches was wrong and had to be remade and was still wrong after word, not to mention they were both over cooked and tatsed bad, both drinks tasted bad like they were low on syrup, & they didnt even have mozzarella sticks. Instead of offering my boyfriend a voucher for the mozzarella sticks (he went alone to pick up the food) they asked him what do you want? 2 pretzel sticks are not the price of a large mozzeral. So they completely destroyed our order & got a couple extra dollars that they should not have gotten. Last week we went and they messed up the same order we just didnt realize untill after we got home. Once we went back to tell the what was incorrect one of the managers, who we like, came out & apologized and said he needed the wrong sandwich so he could show it to the cooks who were trying to fight with him about making our food wrong. Read moreThe Sonic which is located in Chandler, TX, used to be my favorite Sonic until yesterday I should've gone with my gut as soon as I saw the blue paint that was red before on the outside of the building, it gave me pause, but I read the sign and it said it was Sonic ~ I proceeded ordering our burgers, which was a nightmare to say the least. We asked one girl by speaker if they had 1/2 price burgers on Tuesdays like the other Sonic Drive-Ins, and she never answered, so another girl was as clueless as the first girl, so we ordered two of whatever they decided to bring us, at this point! I opened the wrappers and they looked decent, so we began eating and complaining to my husband about how bad they were ~ the meat didn't taste like hamburger to me, the mustard is all I could taste and it was wet and dripping everywhere and the bread was soggy and mushy ~ I couldn't eat it, so I cut up some of the meat to feed to my chihuahua, but she didn't like it either! We are never going back...

Can't repeat it, because I don't talk like that. Finally, got to the window to get my order. Kayla needs to work on her customer service skill. She was rude and short tempered. Took my money and finally 5 minutes later gave me my food. Unprofessional manner. I ask to speak with the manager. She came to the window. I explained. She said " What do you want me to do?" If I owned this Sonic. I would be there micromanage it. The employees need customers service training. No one ever wants to be so anger and confused when they leave Food establishment.
