not gonna lie, the food is decent, wouldn't go out of my way to say the best donuts in the world or anything, but my gf and kids are very fond of the donuts and food here, usually the cust serv is decent, but not today, they forgot the eclair on my 12 dollar order, i realized this not 2 min away from the restaurant, turned around and being the nice guy i am i simply wanted to order what was missing on my order and pay for it, then he tells me i have to buy up to 3 dollars of items to be able to use the card, keep in mind this should of been on my order of 12 dollars to begin with, so now i have to buy something i don't want or need to purchase the item that i asked to be on my order from the get go, was literally the second item i asked for, and to top things off they always put the donuts in these little bags that the frosting sticks to, so when you get home you always have donuts with no frosting on them, i would rather go all the way to tyler and get donuts now than deal with this poor display of...
