Whataburger — Restaurant in Chandler

I and my wife had horrible service at the Chandler TX location. Ordered my burger, 2 orders of onion rings, a med Dr Pepper milk shake, and a lrg Dr Pepper got my # waited and waited for approx 30 mins before I got warm not hot food and a messed up shake order. They had a line and when I asked about my order about 15 min in they said they would bring it out to me when it was ready. At approx 30mins I asked again about my order as I was traveling and trying to return to Austin and wanyed to get fast food not sit down at a restaurant and wait, at this point they apologized and found my order which had been set down on a back counter while they were making my shake. The onion rings were warm after sitting for 15 min so was the burger and the Dr Pepper shake I ordered was now a chocolate shake and the wrong size so I waited another 5 minutes for them to remake the shake but was not waiting possibly another 30mins for food. Maybe it was just a bad one off day but I will stop somewhere else next time rather than at that whataburger in Chandler. I couldn't get my card to work on your app so I called it In for me to pick-up at drive thru. I live maybe 4 minutes from this whataburger. I ordered a gauc. Bacon burger with no onion a large onion ring and a large dr. Pepper. I also ordered a double meat bacon cheese burger with only one slice of cheese and extra veggies. Once AGAIN NO ONION. I got there at 11: 04 pm. The restaurant was not busy at all I pulled thru drive thru and the gentleman was very polite and told me my amount 24.91 or in that area. I gave him a 50 bill the change was correct no problem. In the four minutes back to my home the burgers were so cold I mean the cheese didn't even melt. Totally disappointed. You could tell by the texture of the patties they were pre cooked and both burgers were covered in onions. Passing thru from Waco to Arkansas.stopped to eat here since we dont have one arkansas.. Placed our order, wanted to substitute a milkshake for my drink, was told I couldn't do that, I didn't want a drink, but we ended up with three.
