Dunkin' — Restaurant in Channahon

I purchased 12 dozen donuts to take to work for my co workers. The donuts were stale and hard so of course I bring the donuts back and request a refund. The guy literally tried to gaslight me into keeping the donuts saying "They're not hard, they're not hard" like I was legit going back and forward with this man about MY DISSATISFACTION with the donuts that I PURCHASED WITH MY MONEY. They clearly have no respect for customers and treat them like trash! After aguring back and forward with this man, him calling 2 different individuals on his phone and me speaking with them them on his phone... was I THEN given my refund. And to top things off he didnt give me my change which was 27 cents. I asked him can I get my change and he proceeds to just give me 27 cents from his pocket like I don't care if you pull it from thin air give me ALL my money! I will never EVER return here. I am extremly dissatisfied with this Dunkin Donuts location. I ordered my coffee (Hot Carmel coffee, with almond milk and sugar) and recieved a coffee with no almond milk nor sugar. I took my order back, told them they did it wrong. They asked my order again, and I gave it to them. They then handed me another wrong coffee, this time with no carmel flavoring. The lady who handed me the second coffee rolled her eyes and gave the coffee to me with attitude.

I understand that they may have been busy, but if I am paying for a coffee, I expect my order to be correct, at least by the second time. I have had many incorrect orders from this Dunkin that I have let slide, but I am tired of spending money at a place that doesn't value their customers nor their orders. Ever since the new folks Mr Patel, took it over its been inconsistent. They will not take your order correctly, or read the mobile order tickets & mess up your order, but then has the audacity to call the customer a liar. The owner said I was making up a name of the person I complained about...funny because I got said name of the receipt. The receipt they tried to deny me. They're rude & greedy here. They don't like being told something in the order is wrong. Forget about if you ask for more than 1 ketchup packet or extra napkins. I'm completely over this DD. I'll go where my hard earned money is appreciated. Even if it means passing this DD up to go across town to a different one. I'm at DD 5 times a week.
