Tried calling 4 times to put in order. Noone answered. My spouse was gonna pick it up on his way. They said I was calling wrong number. No, I called Spring Hill location and they wouldn't answer either. I had called the number before and it is listed on website as same as when googled. So, that was a lie. But, probably some kids ignoring. Ordered fresh pizza, there was no way they could have made that pizza that quick and they didn't. It was cold, dry with hardly any mushrooms and cheese. We warmed it up and the crust was so chewy that it was inedible on all edges. $20 for a horrible card board tasting pizza. Never again ordering here. Don't waste your money especially on Thursday evening. A frozen pizza from Dollar General is way better than this. Also, they don't " fire grill with wood" it is fire grilled with propane! We have been going to Viking in Spring Hill ever since they opened, but this was our first time trying the Chapel Hill location! BIG MISTAKE! They evidently lost our pizza order! After 30 minutes I went back to the counter to ask about our pizza, I was told they would check on it! Never heard what was wrong, or got an apology for the wait! After another 20 minutes went by and another trip back to the counter, I asked for my money back! The staff and manager appeared unable to deal with their mistake. Of course they finally brought our pizza out as we were leaving. I took my refund and left them their pizza. No compensation was ever offered, and I wasn't looking for a freebie.
