Dollar General — Local services in Chapel Hill

There is an associate by the name of Christian, also known as a manager who works for you all. She's been taking clearance items off the shelves, putting it in a basket behind the counter and not allowing other customers to be able to get to it .She has been doing this for a while. She is on the clock. This has happened numerous times. The last incident occurred on February 6th. 12PM -2PM .Then I made contact with the store after I left to question her about it, and she lied and said there was nothing there. She also refused to give me her name whenever I called because I told her I wanted to file a complaint. So I then went back to the store where she had already purchased the items and put them in the back office and had somebody cover her shift while she left. This is unfair to the customer, and this is allowing managers to get a better advantage point as far as buying stuff from the store. This should not happen and not continue to happen. Three words to describe this store: unorganized chaotic mess. I went in here and had to circle the store multiple times just to find anything I was looking for. All the shelves looked like clearance racks with stuff thrown everywhere all over the shelves and not in proper places. Half the shelves were empty as they need to seriously stock the shelves again instead of standing around chatting up front. This Dollar Store is the best one that Chapel Hill has ever had! It's bigger and more roomier with much more needed merchandise including a bunch of food products. It's always clean and well taken care of and the restroom is always clean. Most of the employees are usually helpful and friendly. It's conveniently located with plenty of parking spots. I just wish more of the registers were open so we wouldn't have to stand and wait for...
