So I’ve been going here for the last 14 years so I think I can safely give my review now. Food wise it’s good, most of the time it tastes fresh but you will get some items that you can tell are old.
People wise is horrible. Almost everyone I have ever came in contact with here has a horrible attitude and gets aggravated over the absolute smallest thing. For example today which made me decide to write my review… I had ordered a fry and drink because I didn’t know when the cut off time for ready to go breakfast was. I get to the window and ask the lady very politely what time breakfast ended and before I could finish explaining what I meant I get a very rude “breakfast is all day sir” and then the window shuts on me. She then opens it back up and hands me my food and then shuts the window again. I start to pull off which I immediately notice I don’t get my card back so I stop but this isn’t before she slings open the window and says “card sir”. I just jokingly say “oh yeah that’s probably important “. She then proceeds so roll her eyes at me and shake her head.
My issue isn’t this only time, it’s just what lead to my review. This happens probably 75% of the time I go through the drive through, there’s always some kind of attitude or judgment going on towards me and I can’t stand it. I’m always as nice as can be but I guess that’s the issue maybe? I only go here because it’s right by my office so...
Read moreThis is one of the worst Bojangles they gave me just enough gravy to cover the top of the biscuit. If you go on Independence toward Monroe those Bojangles fill the whole tray full of gravy with your biscuit. So I returned the biscuit and gravy for a sausage biscuit and he threw away the gravy biscuit what shows it wasn't even worth eating. PS I just asked for a little bit of extra gravy to pay and he said that was $3.09. I finally spoke with the supervisor and he set extra gravy for it was not $3.09. he asked the employee how much gravy did he give because it's supposed to be three scoops and the employee said he went scoop scoop and activist though he gave three but it was only two. The supervisor could have gotten it out of the trash and looked it was only two. He refunded me 80 cents. The head employee who served me and gave me the sausage biscuit actied like they were the same price. Good job for that supervisor. I am Caucasian and I hope it wasn't a racist thing because he is black. The employee needs to be reprimanded because he did three wrong things to me 1) he gave me the wrong price for the extra gravy 2) overcharged me for the biscuit and sausage and 3) didn't tell the whole truth about the...
Read moreI ordered 3 piece dark meat meal and got 3 wings and that was what the drive thru employee rung up. The drive thru speaker/mic needs to be fixed. It was very difficult to understand the drive thru employee and he had a difficult time understanding me as well. I didn't think to verify once I drove up to the drive thru window. The meal was good but my dog and I prefer dark meat. The cold slaw is one of the best I've had. Yummm... The drive thru employee was friendly and polite. The Bojangles employees appear to be consistent in terms of excellent service offered at all the Bojangles I have visited in Wilmington NC, on Rt 95 and here in Charlotte. Don't mean to sound race sensitive... All the employees who helped me were black/African American, and I love that they are so friendly, polite, professional and welcoming. It is so different than what Hollywood portraits in many of their movies. Hollywood needs to change their perspective of blacks in movies. 🙄 There are so many good black people in this country and around...
