Subway — Restaurant in Charlotte

I drove to this location because I love subway and it’s the only one that’s open at this time. When I arrive the nice young lady tells me the man in front of me the man in front of me “is her last customer because she is by herself”. This is not a customer’s issue. This is a staffing issue. I asked what time they close and she says 10. I explain my point of view. Someone from the gas station side goes a gets a “manager” who comes out in plain clothes and definitely not on a professional manner. He almost have off in security or bodyguard vibes, Big Chain and all. He tells me they “technically” close at 9:30. The food was fine as always but the customer service needs work. Rude Rude Rude Rude It's like they don't care if or how you want your sandwich. I ask for my chicken to be warmed up in the microwave because it's kept cold. That's fine and good but when I ask for it to be warmed up before its put in the toaster that's what I expect.
