Chicken King #4 — Restaurant in Charlotte

So my order I guess, I’m assuming, may have been the very first order of the day. I went in I said good morning ..and the older gentleman who works here(I’m assuming it may be the owner) was so very rude to me and all I said was good morning and is my order ready.. very politely and very humbly..Not sure what kind of demons are tormenting him this morning, but I let him know that I meant no harm And told him to have a blessed day. I spend a lot of money here, but this will be my very last visit. You should be careful with the way you treat people. You never know when you could be entertaining angels… I’m pretty sure that the rest of your week will be horrible, because God doesn’t like the way you treated me..

I’m only adding more to respond to the fictitious response that has been provided by chicken King No. 4.. run the cameras and show everyone how you treated me after I warmly greeted you.. and asked if my order was ready with bright eyes and friendly, cheerful manor... Even after he yelled at me and said, “why would you ask such a STUPID question!” my only response was,with my hand over my heart(signifying peace) ” I didn’t mean any harm”. And To stop it from escalating I left the store and I sincerely told him to have a blessed day.. and I said this in a way that was very meek and soft..

Being kind costs nothing.. But lying and unaccountabilty could cost u the success and growth of your business.. Change ur hearts.. kindness...

If I could Give NO STARS I WOULD.... Back in the Day this restaurant was pretty Good but Now this restaurant has failed terrible from the Nasty attitudes from the owners. The Sister and Brother that runs this place is very Rude I've came a few times to see if it was just me but no it was every customer that came inside. The restaurant is nothing beautiful at all a little hole in the wall no remodel no fix up. Roaches, bugs, and also nats as well as ants. When a order is incorrect and you nicely ask them to fix it The Sister will say to you I MAKE NO MISTAKES when you try to explain the lost of items the BROTHER Backs up up by saying well maybe my sister forgot to ring it up after you have proof of payment they give no receipts. The Black Community of Lakeview have been customers to thos business for a very long time to get treated like Trash when trying to make a Purchase. This place needs to be Torn Down/Remodeling needs to be done ASAP today I walked out with out ordering food due to the attitude to Chicken King on Rozzelferry. Idk why, but this little restaurant has been closed for at least the past 3 months or so. But I ate here here once in April 2022 because their (unpaved, gravel) parking lot always overflowed w/ patrons. However after eating there, I'm genuinely confused as to why though. The building already looks dilapidated, dirty, & archaic. But my newly built home on Trade St. is only a 3 min drive away so I gave it a try. The food isn't awful; it's just very basic, bland, generic, & slightly overpriced.

The fries are the cheap, frozen, unseasoned crinkle cut type. Bread rolls are straight out of the package. The chicken was so incredibly BLAND, & I'm not even the type who uses much salt/ seasonings. I actually didn't even finish my meal because it literally tasted like $10 bland mush.

I'm assuming this restaurant was only crowded in the past due to the convenience; because I definitely wouldn't recommend this Chicken King on R. Ferry Rd. to anyone who has other...
