I will NEVER eat at Chili's again.
I purchased a burger meal on my way home for lunch. The burger had too much yellow mustard on it.
The worst part of my meal was that the chips were so salty until I was not able to eat them. They were horrible! I didn't eat the chips and had planned on returning them. I went to the bar and asked for the manager. The manager, Shania was doing something at the register. It took her 6-8 minutes before she finally showed up. She never acknowledged me. Shania came in my direction she was reading something on her cellular phone. She turned her back to me and continued to page through her cell phone while having a conversation with another employee.
She never greeted me. She asked what she could do for me. I told her about the chips, and she told me that Chili's policy didn't allow returns on food after the next day. Needless to say, the conversation went downhill very, very quickly.
I called back to find out that Chrissy was the Manager. She told me the same thing.
She explained food items had to be accounted for and that she would take a loss if she returned the salty chips. At that point I hung up.
I was a manager at the Chili's at the airport many years ago. I had never heard the policy about food being retuned.
The restaurant was almost empty on the Friday I went there for lunch. It looked like it wasn't clean either. I could tell there was something wrong. If Chrissy and Shania are managers, then I can see why it was NOT up to standard. No one in the kitchen had hair nets on.... There's no telling what the Sanitation score is????
I will never eat there again!

Read moreEverything we ordered was absolutely delicious and fresh. Me and my daughter shared the chicken strips, white cheddar Mac & cheese and fries. My honey got the double bacon burger and fries. We all shared the cookie & ice cream dessert. The chicken strips were crispy and juicy! Fries were hot and crunchy. And not gonna lie, the white cheddar mac was the best restaurant macaroni we’ve ever tried. My boyfriend’s burger was juicy and loaded with bacon and cheese. The cookie was warm, gooey and melted with chocolate. Paired with the ice cream, it was just perfect. Like others have mentioned, this location is a little outdated but it wasn’t horrible at all. We were able to enjoy our food comfortably. Our waitress was sweet but wasn’t very attentive. We didn’t get any refills on our drinks and she didn’t check to see if we needed anything. The manager did come and check on us which was nice. We will definitely be back!
EDIT-
The above post was posted 3 months ago. We returned recently and this time we invited more of our family to enjoy the yummy food and quiet atmosphere. We got the same exact waitress and she had a horrible attitude (I think she read my review, which I don’t think was disrespectful just honest). A child at our table spilled her water and the waitress saw it and didn’t offer napkins or to refill her cup. Instead, we had to find napkins ourselves and ask another waiter to bring her a refill. No lie, she brought us napkins as we were leaving. She did not check on us, which I expected that but she was very rude this time around. She rolled her eyes at me the entire time and she purposely ignored our table. Sad thing is, I think this is normal behavior for her. She waited the table next to us and she never checked on them either and they had to ask another waiter for refills as well. We will definitely not be returning sadly because the food is delicious. The manager really should address these issues with the waiter, unless...
Read moreI visited here last Saturday with a friend. It wasn't intentionally bad, but they seem to lack self-awareness. My server admitted to me that our food wasn't up-to-par. The cheese fries, were more cheese than fries, the ribs were mushy and the fajitas were served resting in juice as opposed to "sizzling" like I assume that they should. A manager was nice enough to come to the table and offer to make us some other dishes, instead of offering to remake what we ordered, which by my server's admission, should have been better. We declined her offer. The manager comped the entrees from the bill, which I did not expect her to do. But here is where it gets sticky: when the bill arrives to the table, I have a gift card to pay for the meal (well, the soda) and my credit card to leave a tip for the server. However, our server, under the guise of "helping" use the credit card tablet enters her own tip of 20% of the bill and prompts the tablet to complete transaction. I guess she assumed that I would be too ignorant to tip against the total before the comped meals, so she had to make sure she got her share. I couldn't believe that she had the balls to do that in front of my face. However I didn't say anything, because I was preparing to make the tip the total cost of the bill, since I didn't expect them to not charge me for the food and we actually did enjoy her service. Instead of the $30 that she could have made off of a two-top, fast-turn with one round of bussing and one refill (light work in the restaurant industry), she made $6 and I walked out of Chili's $8.00 poorer or $22 richer, never to...
