I’ve tried to give this location chance after chance and time and time again I leave so disappointed. Service is super slow, some of the employees are rude, and there’s something wrong with my order every time.
Most recently I ordered on the app and selected drive thru as my pick up method. I ordered a toasted English muffin with butter on the side (as it is an option on the app). After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru and finally getting to the window I asked for extra butter, the employee rudely replied that they don’t have that as an option, they only have a tub of butter to scoop onto food items themselves. That should’ve been brought up when I first got there. If you don’t have that, cool, but they should’ve simply let me know and asked if I wanted it on the English muffin. The cashier was nice and apologetic but the lady who was actually making the orders, not so much.
No straw for my drink. If service is going to take a few minutes, at least have the...
Read moreI can’t really speak to the atmosphere bc I have never been inside. I use the drive thru and a few times they have been very slow to acknowledge me when I pulled up to say I had a mobile order. Well I was there in 6/22 - and I could tell looking inside they were short staffed but the few employees inside were not even trying to hustle and get the long drive-thru line moving. I waited 20 minutes before I could even get to the order board. Once I announced I had a mobile order it was another 10 minutes. When I got to window they had my bagel and ice tea but not my donuts. At this point I placed the order over 30 min ago. I told the person which donuts I wanted and left. Got to work and sandwich was cold and the donuts were literally thrown in a bag. Please hire more people and train time management. Your customers time is just as valuable as your...
Read moreI pulled into the [362787] Dunkin’ drive-thru today with one goal — caffeine. I wasn’t expecting red-carpet treatment, but I also didn’t think I’d be cast as the punchline of the morning shift.
The woman on the speaker took my order with all the warmth of a voicemail robot. No “good afternoon,” no “thank you,” just an energy that said, “Let’s get this over with.” When I got to the window, she and another employee shared a look, whispered something, then burst into laughter right before handing me my drink.
Maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice, maybe they didn’t care — either way, it’s not the kind of “America runs on Dunkin’” experience the commercials promise. I came for coffee, not to audition for your inside jokes.
If customer service is optional here, I’ll take my caffeine fix somewhere (@starbucks) it’s still...
