Dunkin' — Restaurant in Charlotte

This is the worst Dunkin in the Charlotte area. I’ve made 3 different pickup orders over the past year and they have yet to actually fulfill one of them. I will never go back after today. I did a make ahead order for 2 dozen donuts the day before to be picked up today. When I arrived today to get it, it had not been fulfilled. I asked about the order and was told that “I should’ve arrived earlier if I wanted donuts.” I asked for a refund and they had me go to a female manager. She was very rude and told me that “I should’ve called ahead.” When I told her that I did try and no one answered the phone she said “it was because they were busy.” I was never offered an apology and the female manager was rude. I’ve encountered her before when my last pickup orders were not fulfilled in 2023 and she’s not someone who should be working in customer service.

Save yourself the trouble and go to the Dunkin...

Being an corporate employee of a international restaurant brand, I am embarrassed for this Dunkin franchisee at colony place in Charlotte. My wife ( with kids in tow) have repeatedly attempted to get afternoon doughnuts for special events, most recently yesterday, 5/23, for my sons Bday. 0 donuts at 4pm. 0... They offered a corn bread muffin and laughed at them. Then, manager gives no response to her call. All excuses were thrown at us for why, but it is systemic. Plan your food orders. Train. Don't order to cheat customers and save on labor cost. Stop wasting our time. If we take our time to render our money to your business, show you want to earn our business. I know some great Dunkin operators, and I am sure your brand does not want this kind of service and experience...

Why I go back I dont know....Dunkin Donut HQ's needs to take back this franchise....parking lot not clean never shoveled only walkway...short on donuts AGAIN....when stated I needed two dozen u thought I was pulling teeth...nose rings should t be allowed when serving people....blueberry donuts were sticking together she must of thrown out 5 just to get 3 that I needed....to much icing on the chocolate donuts what a mess....never in my life have I seen a dunking donut shop run like this or dirty like this....gave a $4 tip in the coffee cup the girl took the $4 and put it in her back pocket right away......your better off going to Sheetz, fresh market or kroger's for ur donuts & coffee....its a sad day when u talk bad about DD....hope Krispy Kreme shows up to the rescue...
