I understand that times are hard and everyone has bad days, but I had a horrible interaction here last week and customer service has yet to do anything about it so i will definitely be sharing my experience publicly. My boyfriend and I came there for a simple Caramel Iced coffee and even though they completely forgot his drink the first time, and accidentally made the second one incorrectly, those were honest mistakes and weâre only human. Completely understandable. However, the iced coffee was made with the wrong sugar, so it was crunchy and undrinkable. My boyfriend tried to drink it but ultimately we went all the way back to give them one more chance to fix it. The woman working the register was the icing on the cake for us. She had an irritated expression on her face the second she saw us walk in with the coffee, and her tone of voice was rude. We politely told her what the issue was, and she asked what he wanted. He politely told her he just wants to see if sheâll remake the caramel iced coffee. She re-made the coffee, but then told us to throw away the other coffee we didnât want anymore. We went over to the straws/trash and my boyfriend tried the drink and immediately shook his head. I tried it myself and it was absolutely horrible. It was supposed to be a caramel iced coffee, it tasted like sweet tea. It was again, undrinkable. At that point I was frustrated but didnât want to complain so I told him to just leave the coffees and we left without saying a word. The woman at the register started yelling at us telling us to throw away the coffees as we were walking out the door and even took the time to come to the back door of the building waving her arms and yelling. Completely inappropriate behavior. Like I said, weâre only human, but we all have to work and pay bills, and may not enjoy the job that allows us to do it, but it doesnât mean you get to be ugly to people for no reason. I never want to see anybody lose their job but to have the time and effort to come all the way outside a building and yell shouldâve been the same effort you put into making the drink right. Well get home my daughters coffee is made wrong also.
