My experience there was very emotional and frustrating. The wait time was at least 20 minutes, however, i would not have mind it if i had not seen the banker talking to another banker about what i heard to be, personal problems. The lady went by the name of Leslie. I told her about my situation but she was not of much help at all nor professional. Leslie, had told me she would be with me in a moment and went back to associating with the other banker. Thankfully another banker asked if i needed assistance. Mrs. Naimah Douglas handled the situation with much precision, speed, and profession that i was done in under 20 minutes, which was shorter than my waiting time. Mrs. Douglas was very patient and professional i had almost forgotten about the frustration i had with the previous banker.
