this was my first time at a Green Brothers, but i was highly disappointed in the customer service i received today. my husband and i walked in, no one greeted us. there was a lady standing in line and must have been there for a while because she looked annoyed. finally after we had been standing there about 5 minutes without any acknowledgment, she walked out of the store. that prompted one of the two girls working to actually say something to us and take our order. my husband ordered the Cosmic Slush smoothie which was a new drink, we asked what âcamu camuâ powder is, and the girl taking our order just simply said itâs a supplement. however, my husband has a nut allergy and although we take a risk going to a place with nuts; we were just trying to clarify that this powder wasnât a nut product. to which the girl didnât know and wasnât helpful. we had to google ourselves and see if it was ok for him. now, thatâs not the biggest deal. however, you should know what youâre putting into your drinks and be able to provide that info to a customer. one womanâs bowl was ready, and the other girl (not the one who took our order) shouted out and said âone of yaâlls bowls is done.â with a tone (in my opinion). which to me, thatâs not customer service. again as we waited for our smoothies more people walked in, no one was greeted. at least 6 people probably walked in and not one was greeted by the girls working. the customer service lacks hugely at this store. it was very disappointing. the smoothies were good, but something needs to be done about the customer service. it makes people not want to return to an establishment if we are made to feel like we are being ignored. things just must be different after the pandemic or something but i was just shocked at the lack of care, or even just decency. we might try again and see if we have better luck, but with the amount of comments i have seen saying the customer service is bad, you think something would be done. itâs really easy just to say âhiâ or âweâll be...
Read moreThe smoothies were fine, but the customer service was nonexistent. We walked in around 5:20 with another family. The first thing that I (thankfully) noticed was that the floor was covered in water after having been just mopped, but no wet floor sign was out. There were two high school kids, a guy and girl, at the counter-neither of them said hello when we walked in the door or when we approached the counter to order. They just stared at us (my wife felt like we were wasting their time). Im not sure if it is a training issue or lack of common courtesy and manners, but at $8-10 for a smoothie, I expect something more. We were the only people there, so it wasnât a busy time. Neither of their bathrooms had toilet paper in them either for our kids. It could have been a much better...
Read moreBeing someone who works at an AçaĂ bowl restaurant, I can fully understand if itâs an extremely busy hour with tons of customers, and one or two soupy, messy bowls go out. Perfectly understandable. However, there was not a single soul in the store besides the workers, who were both on their phones. The place was dead, yet I still was given an açaĂ bowl that was literally liquid with peanut butter thrown on top in a way that made it look so unappetizing Not to mention I paid $12 for a bowl I couldnât even eat because it was genuinley just liquid. Again, if it had been busy in the store I wouldnât have minded because I understand the stress during a rush. However, it was not the case. Super disappointed with the quality...
