It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Charlotte

*Lowering my rating again because we had to drive to another location and pay full price for a second time in order to correct THEIR mistake, and they have only refunded 1 order and done nothing else but verbally apologize.

The wings and fries aren't bad but gosh, a little consistency would be great! For example. Not yelling at your staff because I asked them to take the food back when you gave me smoked Wings instead of regular. 1. I'm allergic to smoked meat. 2. This was a birthday treat for a friend and my order was fully accepted and then ignored!

When I asked for the order to be checked, the manager screamed at the young man from the kitchen, 15 feet from me, insulted me, and never even opened the boxes of wings to look. I was wrong, she was right. To me this warrants more than a refund. They should have paid for our full meal and made arrangements for it at another location or provided credit. Idk what needs to happen but whoever is cooking these wings needs to be either A. RE-trained or B. Fired, because they are rushing and not making sure the meat is properly cooked, of course the sauces are good its a sauce but the wing bones break into pieces and the fries were stale, and this shouldn't even have to be said but (nobody likes their dipping sauce hotter than the chicken, quit putting them in the box with steaming hot food on delivery orders), this place is definitely a hit or miss and more than not it's a miss they just trying to make money and don't care about nothing else and also yall should put that this is coming from chilis this location should just...

HORRIBLE! The wings had this very weird taste besides the seasoning/sauce. My lemon pepper wings were just lemon wings. The garlic parmesan didn’t take like either garlic or parmesan.
