Ordered online for pickup, was ready on time - the food was really good; hot sandwiches still hot at pickup and when it came time to eat. Service very friendly and welcoming.

Downside: sandwiches were ordered with names to identify each, as there were a few variations - however the sandwiches not only were not labeled by name, but only one was labelled by number. What this meant was that, in this time of Covid-19, someone had to hand-open every sandwich to figure out whose is whose. Not very sanitary all things considered.

he chips and drinks were not put out on the table, forcing me to get into the drinks fridge directly, which again given the concerns of virus transmission, is not very sanitary. The staff was friendly and apologetic about the error. I wish I had checked the sandwiches before leaving, as the above name/identifier issue would have been caught before leaving. I'm not sure that I should have to double-check orders, the onus for this is on the staff, IMO.

Just go somewhere else. This place does not respect you. I ordered online and was told my two sandwiches would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived late and was told they're still not done. They continued to help the in-store customers while I waited an additional 30 minutes. And when it was done they didn't even bother to tell me. It just set it on the counter and didn't say a word. Either management wants them to prioritize in store which means ordering ahead is pointless. Or they're just not organized enough to handle their volume. That or management needs to hire more staff. Just go...

Used the app and ordered 2 club supremes on different breads and dressed completely different from one another. Picked up my order and brought it home to eat, only to find they mixed up the fixings and breads in my order. Ended up with unwanted mustard and onions which did not suit my tastes on the rosemary parmesan bread. Had to scrape it off and give it to my dining companion because it was what they had requested on theirs! They scraped the bacon and mayo off of theirs for me to have with my sandwich.
