I was always taught if you don't have anything positive to say do not say anything at all so I will start off with

• edit* Note many four to five star reviews are based upon delivery. Pros: *The young lady up front that normally deals with customers very sweet, kind and ensures the order is correct. She takes pride and fixing the orders herself she's very friendly and responds accordingly. *When ordering for delivery it always takes less than 30 minutes to be delivered more in the 15 to 20-minute window food was hot. When you order your food there's always a large quantity of food so if you like leftovers there will be plenty left over. *Like most Chinese owned businesses the children are brought to the restaurant however they are very well behaved and the oldest help their family. *I moved to this area a year ago and this was my positive experience at the restaurant. Con's: This is my second year in this area I normally don't eat out anymore, however I went to pick up a order that I had placed for some guest coming over upon pickup I was greeted with the other young lady that works the restaurant. This woman is very rude to be so young she is very bitter she spends 95% of her time yapping on the phone about non-business related matters. How do I know because I had studied Chinese and I can understand what she is going on about. On top of it she has her daughter cooking, yes it was just a slow rice cooker, however this particular day when I came to pick up the order she was constantly yelling at the girl telling her that she did not know how to do anything right. Poor child looked so sad, this is the oldest daughter I mentioned in the above section, normally she would only assist with bagging food. Customer service has hit an all-time zero with the young lady up front, she not only has an attitude but she clearly doesn't want to be working she makes the child work when she should be doing it. My husband and I speak to her in Chinese out of general politeness, as it Is her native language she looks at us like whatever, and people wonder why others do not try. She carries a strong attitude problem. This is the major part that makes me say Stay away! Stay away! So the sanitation grade for the restaurant stated it was a 94 that has to be a lie. I did not have my camera on me at the time otherwise I would have provided pictures the restaurant itself looks very dilapidated and outdated. If you were to want to dine in being from out of town there's no real spot for you to sit comfortably and eat however you would not want to sit and eat as the restaurant itself is very unclean. Upon walking through the front door there was a large dead cockroach I think they're called palmetto bugs lying at the door then directly in front of the cash register there was another dead palmetto bug. The young lady up front picks at her ears and handles people's orders, plays with her phone and handles people's orders, takes selfies of herself while conducting business. There was mounds of dirt by the borders around the front register as if within that year no one has decided to sweep the Lobby's floor. So honestly I think that services are being provided to the sanitation crew because that is a lie 94! *Overall would say please stay away! Upon collecting my order and getting in the car I called my friends as there was nothing else prepared everyone agreed to just accept their plates but never eat there again I didn't eat my food at all I was so disgusted. A year ago the restaurant was a little better then it is now. It should be shut down cleaned thoroughly and then possibly reopened. A solid 4 out of 5 stars. I have been getting food from them delivered for many years. The ladies on the phone have always been nice to me. Never a cross word or rude. I have been hung up on a few times but its always been when they are busy and before they ever get to asking me for my number so im pretty sure it was not on purpose. The food itself is good for the type of food it is,chinese fast food. Out of the years that we have eaten there, the worst thats ever happened was getting my veg rolls mixed up and getting egg rolls instead. The delivery folks I have had over the years has also been very nice. If I have a complaint, it would be the delivery time. In most cases for me, from the time I order till I get the order is usually between 45-90 minutes. Mostly between 45 and 60. I think that goes to show that they stay pretty darn busy. You can't get into store, they installed small window next to door for service. Never been here before received recommendation from a local. I thought I would try different items on menu to get a decent opinion. Ordered Sa Cha chicken off dinner combo. Comes with egg roll and fried rice. Chicken dish supposed to be spicy, asked for extra spicy. Dinner was very bland. Fried rice was under cooked. Never seen such a skinny and small egg roll any where. It was vegetable and didn't taste bad. They do not make mustard, so stuck with neon packet The fried wontons I ordered were long as egg roll. They were very good.
