Dunkin' — Restaurant in Charlton

I usually do drive thru and am told we do t have donuts from this one long haired employee. When I see the truck just leave. So today I went in to get a donut and again the truck just left to drop donuts off. I asked for two donuts and the employee said do I have two? I looked and said oh no just one, I’ll take that one. Yep wrong idea, it was old and stale. Usually if the donuts are old they take them off the shelf. It’s 3 am. I can wait to get a fresh one if you’re busy just let me know or ask me if I mind. The other employees I see there are pleasant and have no issue with getting me what I want and they communicate whether or not they have what I want honestly. This one employee is not happy to be there at all. And I tip them. Which I have been told not too from other employees because they are not suppose to accept tips. I don’t know, I just won’t go there when this person is working. I enjoy the other employees vibes more. Sorry...

Just got attitude from the "Manager" of this LOVELY dunkin's after TRYING to order an Iced Vanilla Chai that I get at every other DD's. I ordered at the drive thru and had a young lady agree to try to make one even though "Its not on the menu" even though it was, and I pull up to pay and the manager sticks her lovely face out of the window and barks at me about how "We don't have a button for it" and "we don't do that here IM the manager" Well clearly your''e doing a terrible job if i just went to the other end of rt20 and GOT WHAT I ASKED FOR! After 2 minutes of her barking i just told her if i was going to get treated like this im going to take my business somehwere else. She barked on as I drove off. Forget about stopping at this dunkin's the manager lives under a rock, I got attitude before I even said anything to her like it was my problem she was clueless. So here's your bad review, try a little harder to satisfy...

I have never been treated so poorly by the dunkin donuts in my life. The worker that is working right now argued with me and called me a liar. She handed me a damaged cup and it spilled in my car. ( I did not know it was damaged until I tried to put it down and the cover came right off). She tried getting the person working at the gas station involved but she was outside. I asked for the managers name and she pointed to some signs om the a all. And as I was getting into my car she smiled through the window and waved to be a smartass!!!!!! She was very disrespectful and I very disappointed and pissed off on how I was treated!!!!!!! This was the cup she gave and said that I did this..... seeiously????? What a joke! I am very dissatisfied.i would like they manager to look at the camera because I will be back to speak...
