Fresh Bakery — Restaurant in Charter Oak

Very imature and unprofessional !!!! I went there to get some Zatar bread. The lady by the counter was so rude !!!! I asked her how much is the Zatar bread? She answered: these are special order. Those I asked, were fresh. Instead she showed me some unfresh Zatar and sujested me to buy those. I even told her very nicely that I will be waiting to make special fresh order like that. But she said we don't make it right now!!! and also she could not speak english well. For first time... going there was realy bad experience. I don't recommend it at all. And I will not go there anymore. I prefer to go somewhere else to get Zatar. First they have to learn how to behave in front of customer, specialy first time customer, and then they have to run a business. Otherwise they will be out of business...

We were there today to buy meneish and lehmejun. There was no one else before us. They said we ran out of food. We said that’s okay it happens we asked to get tahini bread already in display. the worker was very rudely and said we’re busy putting orders together We can’t help you. We said we just want to pay and leave. He said he’s busy. So we walked out. I haven’t experienced anything like this before Like, I don’t care for your business …. I wonder how he’s still in business with that kind of an attitude. I will never go back nor recommend...

If I could give ZERO stars, that is what they deserve. On Saturday, May 27th 2023, around 3 pm, my daughter and I went to this establishment because of a recommendation of their Lamaçun. A couple were in front of us in line. The lady was getting fresh Lamajun out of the oven, suddenly without greeting and with an extremely disrespectful tone she shouts thay if we wanted Lamajun, they ran out already, and to get out please.
