I recently had the pleasure of visiting Limone Mediterranean at Glendora Public Market, and I must say, it was a delightful culinary experience. From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and the aroma of delicious Mediterranean spices immediately caught our attention.
The ordering process was seamless, and we appreciated the self-seating area that allowed us to find a comfortable spot after placing our orders. We opted for the falafel plate with salad and the refreshing lemon mint cucumber drink, as well as the chicken and fries.
When our food arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful presentation. The falafel plate was a colorful feast for the eyes, with perfectly cooked falafel, fresh salad, and a tantalizing assortment of sauces. The flavors were spot on, with the falafel being crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The salad was fresh and vibrant, although the dressing was a tad salty for my liking. The lemon mint cucumber drink was a refreshing accompaniment that perfectly complemented the meal.
While the taste and quality of the food were excellent, I must admit that the prices were a bit on the higher side, especially considering the moderate portion sizes. However, the overall dining experience and the flavorsome dishes were worth the extra splurge.
The staff members were friendly, attentive, and happy to answer any questions we had. The restaurant itself had a trendy and inviting ambiance, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a Mediterranean meal.
Despite the minor drawbacks of the pricing and portion sizes, I would definitely return to Limone Mediterranean. The delectable flavors, the lovely presentation, and the overall enjoyable experience make it a worthwhile dining destination. If you're a fan of Mediterranean cuisine and are willing to treat yourself, I highly recommend giving Limone...
Read moreThe last time I went to Glendora Public Market, I had a wonderful time trying out a few spots. They have a variety of food and desserts to choose from, but parking in their lot can get difficult.
I decided I would like to try some spot new. I was craving Mediterannean so I figure I would give Limone a try!
The staff was very friendly, I asked for some recommendations, and decided to try it all!
When the food came out, everything looked so beautiful and it smelled so delicious. I tried the buffalo cauliflower and loved how flavorful it was. The Meze to Share was a colorful assortment of much needed veggies, and the LIMONE CHICKEN & FRIES smelled amazing! I absolutely loved that dish, and would highly recommend it to anyone who is coming to Limone for the first time. The secret sauce has the right amount of savory flavors and tang. The meat was soft and tender, and the fries were the perfect pairing.
We were stuffed by the end of the meal, and took home whatever was left. But, we saw some freshly baked cookies coming out of the oven and decided to try one for dessert. Love the little bits of salt on top of the cookie, it was a very tasty cookie, my husband and I practically fought about who could have the bigger half!
Wonderful staff, amazing food, and great service. Next time you're in Glendora Public Market, I highly recommend checking out Limone...
Read moreLimoné Mediterranean is located inside the Glendora Public Market. It seemed like the most reasonable spot to have a casual summer dinner with a good friend.
Ordering food was easy: simply walk up to counter and place your order. The menu has several offerings from salads to wraps and platters. Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll be given a pager that lets you know once your order is ready.
I ordered the Grilled Salmon Wrap and upgraded my side of fries for the Feta Fries, and added a side of tzatziki and toom (garlic sauce). At first bite, I liked the salmon but as I continued to eat it, there was something off with the flavor. I barely even finished a quarter of it. I did enjoy the Feta Fries, which were more like Pepperoncini Fries than anything. If you like these yellow peppers, you would like this. It was such a huge portion that my friend and I agreed that it was made for sharing. The fries were really good on their own. And adding the toom with the peppers was “deee-lishh!” It was a big portion!
The workers were friendly. I liked their company branding.
Overall, nice spot to check out and share food with someone. I wish I saw this place before purchasing boba next door because all their drinks looked refreshing!! Oh, I did enjoy their BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER which my friend and I shared. Very spicy and delicious with...
